It's well over a year since the appeals were dismissed and let's face it, they had plenty of time prior to confirmation of the licence to prepare for negotiations.

So far, there has been not one jot of evidence that anything has progressed in any contract negotiations. For all we know, the cynics could be right and the board has done nothing other than draw their salaries and go on company sponsored jollies. On the other hand, we could be days away from announcing multiple contracts and funding to see us through to revenue generation.

The board are saying trust us, but they are giving no reason why we should.

Sensible side of my brain is saying sell, the hopeful side is saying hang fire

wi1l in fairness they've bought a piece of land, drawn up a nice computer model with lots of hotels and golf courses on it, and even managed a flirtation with a travel business. Lots of City lunches, shareholder dilutions and jolly boys' outings abroad. Not bad for under 20 years.

Admittedly for most people this might have been accomplished in about 3 or 4 years, ;) but be fair, remember this is Minoan!! :)

Scotty it was "just" a 27k sale...can anyone see the L2 orderbook? My L1 only shows 10k @5.5p very thin amounts now.

We need some Twitter leaks, come on boys (and Gill) the suspense is killing me, can someone pop a trade through the 5.41p price in red is depressing me :( Going to switch off there's no chance of a RNS now today that's not their usual style.

And PJ will you stop going on about Ouzo you're scaring people to sell at this interesting time (see share price now).

You are offering the mms opportunity to soak up shares at a low price...

It will be hilarious if there is no RNS tomorrow morning. My money will be on Scotty to post the first message and PJ to reiterate is request for Ouzo!

Oooh please Covert. This BB is not the world of high espionage! We don’t know who you are, never mind the person who supposedly emailed you. So there was no need to say “he/she” with regards to your "investing colleague". Mainly because, like the supposed email, the "investing colleague" too doesn’t exist!

MIN is a bit more lively today I suspect a few more will be trying to offload a few shares but the mms are keeping a steady ship.

scotty1/ Other than saying that it is an investing colleague I do not feel it right to elaborate more than that. As far as I know he/she has no business dealings with Minoan.

It might not be Hillside though, misread that

IF (very doubful) Hilside called the loan in, then wouldn't they have first call on the asset? Obv at a silly low price as always.

However, I would have thought any finance agreement would have prevented any such ''flipping'' as surely that would be a conflict of interest?

Im no expert on this though

Well Hillside will make a fortune, there's those warrants, 10% since last year they will want to maximise, don't blame them to be honest!

e-mail from who wanderer?

I'd hazard that the perceived negative comments are in reality very close to the facts, I would further propose the possibility that Hillside, or a 3rd party, are attempting to flip the Travel agency onto an unknown purchaser at an easy profit to themselves, which again would explain the prolonged negotiation.

Not actually my wording but copied from an email I received today

Dead right dazah it's a leaky ship we all know that. Only small sells from weak holders over last few weeks and mm's do their worst at every opportunity, nothing new there.
