The BoD remind me of a Rohl Dahl Tales Of The Unexpected episode from the first series where the wife has a phobia about being late anywhere. And so she needs to catch a plane at Heathrow but her husband is a cantankerous old fart who purposely walks slow and takes ages to get ready and she ends up going without him.

The twist is he gets trapped in the lift and dies and his wife comes back and discovers this and is full of joy. Love those old episodes always kept waiting and always a twist at the very end!

Doesn't that sound like Minoan eh??

Well I'm sure they can just get a Greek bank loan from the banks now and pay hillside off and have less onerous terms than 10%

atlantic57, I think most on here have a fair idea that the T&L buyer has gone walkies. It seems the BOD don't feel or have been advised that they don't need to inform the market but it seems widely known. Hopefully a 2nd buyer is floating around. Too much hope and not enough action!

They would have to update us.

One can only guess what is bubbling under the surface. There must surely be a lot of interest in the Cavo Sidero development. There has not been any news on that for quite some time now and you only need a couple of heavyweight property fund managers/developers with significant funds available looking to bag the bargain of the year for the value of the investment to increase substantially. Property prices in Crete are rising not falling, significant rises on tourist establishments such as hotels and Min have planning for FIVE of them. Tourist numbers to Crete are increasing year on year. Greek banks are now being allowed to lend again. Unemployment dropping. Hence the bargain of the year up for grabs. Just have to be patient, trust the Bod to find the right investor/partner and deliver the long awaited shareholder value.

I think Align are slightly different in that they openly trade in the stocks they pump so do try and 'influence' managements.

Surprised anyone took that Twitter Align post seriously. It's not even written in the Queen's vernacular (English) Look at the: "..... Meeting with Chris Egleton later today to effect our views as to bringing the T&L division sale to a close and, finally, progressing the Cretan assets” To EFFECT OUR VIEWS?! They write so-called research notes – not influence company policy!!

Was just thinking, if shares/companies had anthems, what would MINs be.

One that springs to mind for me is the American band The Eagles….and the song - Take it to the Limit……..one more time. Just take it, to the limit….just ONE MORE TIMMMEeee!!
