Speculation is all one can do at the moment, atlantic whilst waiting for the Bod to pull the proverbial rabbit out of the hat. All left to the last minute or even past that these days. I hope they have at the very least negotiated some form of arrangement regarding the loan. BUT All to play for still on the sale of T&L as not notified otherwise. That should be the sideshow IMHO with the CS development centre stage but unfortunately it hasn't been the case over the last few months.

The rabbit out of the hat equals an investor in the CS development coming on board over the next week. I don't buy the delay on this being due to waiting to conclude the T&L sale as both operations are trading from separate companies and more or less operating individually. An update even on the interest generated is long overdue IMHO, its the priceless gem that they should be pushing aggressively in an effort to enhance shareholder value.

We have all speculated endlessly but
Without confirmation from the Bod it is
Meaningless.

Lets hope so atlantic. Still all to play for it would seem. The T&L sale is still on although I would have thought the exclusivity period was up long ago and now its open to others as well. Figure that the Bod are not that bothered its taking so long as its a win-win situation providing valuable working capital over a successful summer sales period. They must surely have made the necessary contact with Hillside to further extend the loan, their recent Loyalward accounts stated the parent co was of the view that by negotiation it was envisaged that the repayment date would be extended if required. Hopefully that will be the case but would be nice to hear that it has been extended by 31st Aug.
But until its resolved the sideshow is the CS development which shouldn't be the case IMHO however they should by now be firming up on all interested parties and their involvement in the project.
All to play for still...…̷0;…..its quite a saga!

Seriously I stop posting when I lost a shed load on Xcite energy and GKP, just over 40k losses, I'm now back into investing to see if I can regain my losses back with potential multi baggers like Minoan, EVRH, TOM,KP2,IMM,VLS ... all great companies. I'm a investor to make money and to sale at the correct time, like all of us, so stop giving it the big one as this is a board for anyone one to post on.

dazah. Is there any reason why both you and Rakepat37 both had a break from posting, dazah from Dec 2016 to July 2018, and rakepat37 had a 'break' from April 2013 to Aug 2017. You both posted on similar threads and both appear on the MIN thread recently without posting before or declaring a position.

I'm sure something bigger is happening but I'd be happy with a bank loan to pay off hillside I'm sure they can get a loan less than the onerous 10% and that would buy more time and give better negotiating position

Well no amount of ramping on the twitter boards or negative comments on this thread have managed to move the share price much either way over the last weeks,there was only one thing that was going to send this up and that was positive news,and yet here we are on the way up with i may add a couple of decent trades,makes you wonder if there isn't a bit of a leaky ship dunnit :)
