31/8/2018 07:51 | Well maybe not the 4 bagger just yet but an opportunity for some new blood into MIN and the bitter and twisted (Scotty at al) no doubt can move on if they are still not convinced! | dazah
31/8/2018 07:49 | No Ouzo for PJ na-na-naaa *blows raspberry* | dazah
31/8/2018 07:47 | Optrade you are a poor deluded fool. | scotty1
31/8/2018 07:47 | When someone pays off a credit card optrade, does that mean they have no other expenses in life? Go figure. | microscope
31/8/2018 07:46 | It's not an easy RNS to understand. I wonder if more than one purchaser has walked? Surely DD is complete but as microscope says it may not be. How can it take this long | pj 1
31/8/2018 07:43 | I'd envisage take up of some or all of the warrants will leave MIN debt free and without need to return to the market for further funds. Also, depending on how many are exercised as part of the deal, Zachary will then become a significant shareholder. I'd expect them to push for the early sale of CS and ensure MIN are run on a very low cost base. Possibly part of their requirements is shown in advance of the deal concluding in the form of the 50% reduced remuneration of CE. | nick2412
31/8/2018 07:43 | Align Research @AlignResearch 2m2 minutes ago More Ref Minoan Grp #MIN - … Sale process coming to a cllose. Liking the "non dilutory" element & cost cutting. Looking for decent move up this morn in the stock. | optrade
31/8/2018 07:42 | Suspicions the original purchaser walked proved correct though. I wonder why they chose not to RNS that. Very naughty. | pj 1
31/8/2018 07:41 | What about the CEO taking only 50% or all in shares? It seems that Zachary are buying T&L (ony option left to them) with warrants exersized (and sold?) at current price rather than 8p? I guess better than the worst case of the loan being pulled (although the threat still exists) but it's not far from it. | waterloo01
31/8/2018 07:41 | If they are exercisable at 8p or it might be 7p now they should surely hold onto them whilst the interest in the cs development is still ongoing. I doubt they would sell before then? | wi1l
31/8/2018 07:36 | So are we back to the 13th March announcement in effect but with a different buyer? That's how it looks to me. This morning: "Minoan is pleased to report that, following a period of negotiation, it expects to conclude imminently Heads of Terms, including exclusivity, for the sale of its T&L business, Stewart Travel Limited..." 13 March: "An exclusivity agreement has been signed with the preferred buyer of the Travel & Leisure division..." infact it looks to me a little behind where they were over five months ago, with another period of due diligence about to begin (lol)!! One other point, paying off the Zachary loan (which could be months away) does not necessarily leave the whole Group debt free. And nothing about CS. My guess is the price will spike on open and when people absorb what it actually means the spike may not last the day! | microscope
31/8/2018 07:36 | Agree wi the only problem with that is it will create a overhang for a while. | scotty1
31/8/2018 07:36 | Well made my weekend, going to pop to the south coast and enjoy a day of RnR and a glass of wine or three! | dazah
31/8/2018 07:34 | They solve two problems in one if it happens. Clears the way to concentrate on the main show the CS development. The warrants would have been taken up by Hillside presumably anyway. | wi1l
31/8/2018 07:33 | They have been promising for years. | scotty1
31/8/2018 07:32 | I'll take that, great news and more promised! Loan to be fully paid off more news on sc incoming | iman1974
31/8/2018 07:32 | Look whats crawled out of the woodwork. | scotty1
31/8/2018 07:28 | Minoan allowed a third party exclusively with regards to the sale .They allowed that party to then walk away 8 months later. They then claimed in vague rns announcements that another party would step in immediately and complete. We are still none the wiser as to the detail ! We are told that doing Business in Greece is difficult ,I am sure it is. However they seem to find it equally difficult in The uk. Heads of agreement is not a signed contract. I feel we have been mislead for months on the so called sale of travel. | atlantic57
31/8/2018 07:28 | So PJ I'm perfectly happy with this...now for CS... | dazah
31/8/2018 07:28 | PJ...less than you hoped for?? Last week someone was speculating that the sale of T&L wouldn't fully pay off the loan! Loan paid off now so I'm pleased. Of course it will happen at Minoan speed that's all. | dazah
31/8/2018 07:27 | Well it doesn't take much to please you dazah :)obviously don't know MIN that well. | scotty1 |
