20/8/2018 12:20 | lol bash bash bash | optrade
20/8/2018 12:16 | Agree Scotty it's there in black and white. I thought all Investors were aware that Align, Proactive etc etc were paid for 'research'. Obviously I was wrong about 'all Investors' as a guess | pj 1
20/8/2018 12:04 | what bit of this do you not understand. "conviction in either taking equity as payment for our research services, or applying our fee to the purchase of equity in a covered company whilst absorbing the cash" | scotty1
20/8/2018 11:53 | you were saying optrade as i said align are not impartial they get paid.Cash call coming imo but keep pumping it up,the reasons are obvious. DISCLAIMER & RISK WARNING It is the policy of ALIGN Research to only cover companies in which we have conviction in the investment case. Our “Conviction Buy” recommendation is derived from our conviction in either taking equity as payment for our research services, or applying our fee to the purchase of equity in a covered company whilst absorbing the cash cost of our freelance analyst payments. Minoan Group is a research client of Align Research. Align Research own shares in Minoan Group. Full details of our Company & Personal Account Dealing Policy can be found on our website | scotty1
20/8/2018 11:52 | I doubt there are any shorters on this board. The time to have shorter min was when the appeal was dismissed. We are all shareholders hoping for value To be realised just waiting for some Solid news. | atlantic57
20/8/2018 11:41 | Align, i did say they were probably buying (big buy order), hence price looked manipulated. Hope they can talk some some sense in to CE AND get him to move it along. Their last valuation 18.6p and Conviction Buy so the lower they can buy at the better for them. | kmann
20/8/2018 11:31 | I'd have thought it would be prudent for MIN to cut all expenses as much as possible including Align Research. Companys losing money and with a loan expiring and looking at a default and loss of assets in a matter of days should not be wwasting shareholder funds like this. A simple RNS for £100 will tell us all we need to know without the need for Align. What the hell is Eggleton playing at? | pj 1
20/8/2018 11:25 | Balanced Discussion on any bb is welcomed back up with any factual information is particularly helpful. | atlantic57

20/8/2018 10:39 | I well remember a recent placing being pulled. Maybe a pump, Place and Dump is the last (attempted) option? Que Align research and Zak Mir etc etc | pj 1
20/8/2018 10:37 | Must admit I expected news this morning, given as I've said before the timings. Not something new, but a timely reminder in the research note which merely serves to remind why the travel business needs to be out of the way like, 'yesterday!' lol, but more seriously also why funding will be required shortly imho. Note the 'before construction can begin' loosely translated i'd say as 'before the tractors - sic :) - move in' '...Even though the company now has an un-appealable PD, there are further steps in the planning process before construction can begin that will need further government approval, which might not be achieved in a timely fashion. 20/8/2018 10:33 | Cash calls on AIM are as natural as rain in the UK. The important bit will be news of T&L sale and forward plans for developing Crete. We'll soon here something and the market will decide the direction. | nick rubens
20/8/2018 10:28 | If things were close to completion then why would they need Align Research? | pj 1
20/8/2018 10:27 | With min a cash call is always likely However if the paid advisors are having A meeting then you would expect an update. Any information is welcome at this time I note their price target is 18.9p🙂 | atlantic57
20/8/2018 10:04 | just remember Align Research are paid atlantic, still think there will be a cash call. | scotty1

20/8/2018 08:43 | "Ref Minoan Grp #MIN Meeting with Chris Egleton later today to effect our views as to bringing the T&L division sale to a close and, finally, progressing the Cretan assets, All to play for on upside here in our opinion - | optrade
20/8/2018 07:55 | Yes was just reading the story Atlantic. Here's the background. Should help to put a positive spin on things for small pi-s. The bigger ones knew what the situation was already. Though maybe news of it coming helped kick of Friday buying....or maybe peeps thought NO RNS was a good sign on negotiations Re having money to pay off loan. Who knows, but here's to a good week ahead. | justjill
20/8/2018 07:49 | And no announcement from MIN. | arthur_lame_stocks
