Assuming no news later today, the earliest they can have an EGM, assuming one needed, which i do totally expect to be the case, will be 11th September. Well after the end of August expiry for the Zachary loan. So Best of British to all who are sailing on the good ship Minoan!
Incidentally from the 13 March RNS which said due diligence was underway, we are now well over five months out from that port. Incredible.

wi possibly a good time to buy today if you expect news next week which is nigh on 100% to do so,plus the Greeks summer break is over in a couple of weeks,so next week would be the right time for some good news followed swiftly by more news all imo of course :)

Been a bottom fisher buyer here since last update forcing the price, taking out the last of the shareprofit disillusioned (whaa! where's my quick buck 20% whaa!whaa!whaa!).

I assume that 284k trade was reported late as no effect on the share price, although I did note yesterday that apparent Buys also failed to affect it, so maybe a seller or hangover?
