They had better not let the time run down and delist from AIM just to start again with the tech as TWL!....with shareholders here left with nothing.

According to new site for TWL, they now have the same contact address as MDC and Vamagaming. Insignificant - maybe; pieces of the jigsaw coming together also a maybe...

What you say is true but irrelevant. It could be said in every situation and discussion about anything at all, ever. So it is pointless to bring it up now.

What is of more use is a discussion on has the lack of accounts and pending de-listing been delibrate, should we be provided with some proof that getting some accounts signed off is actually underway, because if it is not is this then theft of the company and a criminal matter and at what stage do we contact the Police?

Plenty don't have for no fault of theirs.

Whats not true then? You think getting all hot and bothered about your extra pile of investment compares with watching your children die of hunger or disease?
We are privileged by nothing but geographical luck.

Geminian It's all relative, a £100,000 is small change to sum, £10. is the World to others.
One thing is certain we are talking 1st World problems, we are nothing but lucky we only have problems like this to worry about.

nevik2, I do hope your take on the situation is correct and something positive will come out of all this.

I do not have the same value invested in MDC as you but still do not want find the company going down the pan and losing what little I do have.

Will continue to paint the piece of wood I have and watch it dry then repeat the process over and over again until we get some good news, hopefully soon!!

Wether the delisting was by accident or design I don't know, what I do know is I'm not in a hurry for MDC to be back on the market without a bundle of good news to go with it.
I'm guessing PJ thinks that way also, so if there are things getting crossed and dotted by the lawyers I'm happy for any delaying tactics with the accounts.
I'm only interested in the bottom line at the end of the day, if not being told stuff helps to boost that in the long run I don't have a problem with that.
If it is going under we will know as soon as it happens.
If PJ has been straight with me (no reason to think otherwise)it isn't about to die.
Nothing we can do but sit and wait and wait some more.

I thought that a while ago but I did not want to appear a paranoid nut. He might be. He might not be. I dont really care.

What I do care about is why I can not sell my shares (even if I wanted to) some months now after the initial error, which was due to incompetence at MDC and as we own that Company we are owed a decent explanation surely! I want to know who allowed it to happen, who is putting it right, how long that will take, and what has been done to ensure nothing like this ever happens again?

We have had none of those things. They are not too much to ask for. Im not even asking for the accounts to be filled by a certain time I just expect to be told when that time will be, at the very least an estimate. I would have also expected it to have been several weeks ago I honestly have no idea why it could take so long they have had virtually no revenue in that time FFS all they have to really do is add up the outgoings! A monkey with an Abacus could have got a rough set knocked up by now.

An explanation as to why our Executive Chairman has taken a full time job of CEO at a rival Company and whether he has taken a corresponding pay cut from MDC would not go amiss either. Or is he drawing the same salary from MDC still? Just asking.

"Soon" is what I was told. We have to keep it real, it's a straw to grasp nothing more at the moment. Lets just hope it comes off.
I have faith in PJ in that I believe he will do whatever he can and I think he is not out to lie and cheat. Because of MDC's past history there are a few that want to tar him with the same brush. He's behind MDC because he wants it to be successful, he has put hard work into it so why would he want it to fail?
Keeping my fingers crossed.
