New shares will be issued to entitled shareholders upon receipt of the stock from the company. |
Posted at 07/7/2022 10:16 by ec2 New cash offer proposal of 504p per share subject to completion of due diligence. MDC say they would recommend this to shareholders if formal offer forthcoming. I wonder if a counter offer will come from private equity. The 30 pct stake in Spire Healthcare is valuable and could be easily sold off. |

Posted at 07/1/2015 15:46 by bartietje An answer of Mr Botros a few weeks ago:" The progress of any deal, and there are interested parties is held up by the outstanding item lf litigation which we could not sweep up in the CVA. That is scheduled for a five day hearing in the High Court in March. it is nonsense and arises from a deal done by the Drummonds as long ago as 2011. If we lose it there will be nowhere to go and MDC will fail. Obviously we think we have a reasonable chance of success, in which case we would hope to do something shortly after that. However a return to AIM would not be likely in the immediate future and we are looking at a flotation on a third market european exchange such as ISDX ." so a few months further waiting before any news |
