So sell off Intabet, leave nothing in MDC?
It looks like there might be lots of exit options with profit for some, not sure about the options for the PI.
No dates for re-listing or anything useful.
The demanded rns is as I thought ambiguous with worrying aspects.

Trading Update

The Company is pleased to provide an update on current trading and progress on the publication of the financial results of Media Corp for the year ended 30 September 2012.

Progress with the gaming platform is on-going albeit slower than planned due to access to resources. The Box Nation feasibility period is complete and Box Nation continues to require delivery of the betting platform. The Intabet platform remains a B2B proposition as previously stated, and after some backend improvements in the off season, Goal Millions is expected to take full advantage of the upcoming football season.

Since the Company was suspended on 30 April 2013 it has been approached by a number of parties with a view to Media Corp acquiring their businesses or companies or using the Company as a vehicle to pursue other business opportunities. In light of the legacy issues, financial position and the early stage of commercial operations for the continuing business the directors have taken this opportunity to undertake a fresh review of operations and prospects of the Company on AIM, and whether one of these prospective transactions would, if executed, enhance shareholder value. Were any of these prospective transactions to be concluded it would most likely result in the sale of the existing operations and an injection of capital into the Company. Any transaction (including the potential disposal of the existing business) would be subject to shareholder approval and bring with it new directors to the board.

The audit for the period ended 30 September 2012 and preparation of the interim results for the period ended 31 March 2013 has been run in parallel to the review process. Discussions on one prospective transaction in particular are at an advanced stage and directors hope to provide a full update in due course together with definitive timings for the publication of financial information.

I dont care how bullish PJ is or what light is at the end of the tunnel did any of you fools really expect to be told any different?!? Did anyone ask why PJ is now working for a rival company during these friendly chats?

Intabet does not exist, nobody has seen any more than a screenshot of a homepage and that is now well out of date. For hundreds of thousands of pounds and years and years in development you could get a working model out under any circumstances. They have not. As a business model its doomed anyway (already discussed at length). Even if viable PurpleLounge and HMRC liabilities will sink them (already discussed at length).

Any talk of "deals" with the bookmakers is absolutely farcical why the Hell are bookmakers going to pay any special rates to Intabet for punters to take the best deals? Intabet were not at the AAC anyway did anyone think to ask why?

Still perhaps they will be big in Africa.

I am done. I promise to never post on this thread again. I have a few shares here so would love them to reach the heady heights of 0.2 and I will sell. But actually I have written them off. Good luck guys.

what astounds me more than anything else is I invested in something to do with football!
maybe if mdc were aiming at the rugby or cricket market they'd treat investors better :)

I can't believe someone as experienced as yourself has fallen for that load of claptrap. The football season kicks off TODAY. People are already placing bets with Ladbrokes et al for the rest of the season and MDC are not there to cash in.






I said in an earlier post if the stock is not relisted Monday 08:00 its over.

Right, for those in MDC. This will calm you as it has done me. I have no reason to lie coz stock suspended and it wouldnt achieve anything. I have spoke to Phil Jackson today. Nice fella and he couldnt tell me anything price sensitive of course without informing the market first but one thing I did ascertain is we are re-listing soon, maybe even very soon. Any material or significant announcements or news will be published to the LSE upon re-list or shortly afterwards. Now that has cheered me up.

john me too. If he is going to say we have lost everything and MDC will never publish results and come back from suspension then at least have the decency to say so, but to say absolutely nothing shows total disrespect for shareholders and the stock market too. I expect an update and Im not going to stop ringing until I get one.


The bl@@dy jumped up little secretary can earn her money for a change coz she cant be doing much else right now.
