Guys, I'm not invested here, was considering on return based on potential for intabet/goal millions which may not have massive revenue income just yet, but will have development/IP value, don't let them screw you.

Also take a look at this hxxp://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/goalmillions.com, the rank was 12000000th before the season, and climbed up to 4000000th after the start, proof that there is interest in this platform imo, and my interest too.

If your starting at zero value in you negotiations, you can only negotiate up. If you threten to go with the worst option for media corp managment, ie more hasle, you may get more attractive terms or twlmay offer fair value for internet atleat 2 mil.

But it may be best to keep things simple but fair.

received paperwork today,incorrectly addressed.(Had name, town, county and post code but no actual house No.or road)They do have this info. Good job local post office could get envelope to me.

Anyway dilution as I see it is 1 new company share (nil value) for every 1000 of media corp shares. Think cliveas 11598 is right,looks like a shafting of shareholders.

Notice of General Meeting

Further to this afternoon's announcement in respect of the cessation of substantially all of the Company's trading business the Company has today sent to shareholders notice of a general meeting to be held at the offices of Kerman & Co at 200 Strand, London WC2R 1DJ on 16 September at 12pm.

Resolutions to be proposed include, inter alia, those for a capital reorganisation of the current share capital of the Company, authorities enabling the Directors to allot shares, the change of the Company's name to Leopard Oil Plc and the adoption of an investing policy to focus on investments in the natural resources sector, with a particular focus on oil and gas opportunities.

Full details of the resolutions and the proposed investing policy are included in the circular sent to shareholders which is available on the Company's website at www.mediacorpplc.com and in hard copy at the Company's registered office.

My Halifax account now says Media Corporation instead of a number. Is that as a result of the DISS40 SOAD. And is that reason to be optimistic?

Rns must be due verysoon with relisting and merger news!

At least it is a positive step.

On Companies House website 17/08/13 'DISS40 SOAD'. It means the striking of action has been discontinued.

I Think you are probably correct. The recent rns basically said they were exploring to see if there was any shareholder value in the company. They were trying to let us down gently my guess. I know others have had communication with PJ, but any positive hints that may have been offered by him, remain speculative. With the footy season underway, no news is likely to signal the end. I have a slither of hope for a different outcome.

They have up until 30/09/13 or the listing will be cancelled. I now strongly suspect this what they are going for. Then to be followed by announcing there is no longer any value left in the shares due to legacy issues.The path is then clear for the directors to reap any rewards from parties interested in the Intabet platform.

Companies house status now states active rather than admission to striking off. Some movement hopefully and news soon...

Let's hope Phil is man of his word. Thinks about shareholder interest in MDC. If any does write in, please let thsi be know.

Shareholders have supported and will continue to support MDC. Let's hope MDC management return the favour.

If its good they are ideally positioned to extract it outside MDC away from shareholders (this weeks announcement suggests that's the plan and any re-listing will be through RTO)
