No worries but a genuine reply from his ipad before the TWL RNS and he went to ground.

I like what ndg72 has found and remember the company carries on as normal through the suspension.

as swizz says auditors are busy people and I am getting comments of ' I do my accounts in 3 hours' on lse and some of it is getting nasty.

Only time will tell but this is +ve progress.

Guys, please be mindful that auditors are booked weeks/months in advance, that will account for part of the time line, the company is still duty bound to share with us anything of a material nature, this one is a sit back and chill for a few weeks, which I appreciate for some will not be easy.......GL S

As for the suspension. Maybe this is an ideal opportunity to get everything up to date prior to launch, therefore, may be why things are taking a little longer...

No problem. I think there are many links to all the different companies involved - Vamasoft / MDC and now TWL. It's just trying to make sense of it all. I just hope I've called it right, of course I could always be way off the mark!

Unfortunately accounts are not audited over night and to get a slot at short notice would be difficult in my view.A copy of an e mail reply from PJ on this Question dated 22/05/13 below :

The team are working on the accounts and as soon as we are happy with them they will be published and I will provide a trading update.

I understand that it seems like an age since we suspended the shares, however this process moves at glacial speed, and it's frustrating all round.

"intabet technology" - but it has its own website where bets can be placed, i know PJ is not going to change the name as he prefers media corp and its too expensive to change the name. I am liking the bet comparer site, still don't understand why i can't see the page on the laptop!

i know PJ has been meeting with Ladbrokes so that may explain the ladbrokes advert of £50 free bet on the 2nd page. However if the betcomparer allows the bets to be placed, then what is the need for intabet?

I'm as jittery as anyone and have a substantial holding but there would seem to be too many coincidences. I'll try and explain in my own rambling fashion but stay with me... We know Media Corp have or due to release;IntabetBetComparer.comWhite label product - Boxnation (hopefully plus others)Goal Millions for re-sell (from recollection MDC won't be advertising this themselves)Appears to be selling advertising space TWL have a new CEO but they also have James Rose (owner of Poseve and appears to be a Consultant with Vamasoft) as their new Managing Director of TWL's Prize Provision Services Ltd. So, I think there is a cunning plan and MDC will be running the show. Obviously only my opinion but I think, and hope, we'll be ok. I agree there should have been some correspondence with investors by now. Hopefully soon there will be with very good news...

If you register for updates on betcomparer.com the second page shows advertising for GFT spread betting. SO it would also appear that they are selling advertising space on their own sites...

Another product line, check out the RNS - . The software company which has produced betcomparer is Vamasoft ltd and Vamagaming produced Intabet... Both with the same postal address in London.
