Guys I must say I am very p*ssed off with MDC and Phil Jackson at the total lack of respect for shareholders and with no update at all since suspension he owes us and the market an update and explanation. I have rung many times and left messages with the jumped up little secretary who promises that he will ring me back but never does. Feel free to contact them too and try and force their hand to announce some kind of update to us and the LSE. Maybe hassle is the only way we will get a response after almost 6 months complete silence and no update on Intabet at all.

Its the 1st August 2013 today. The football season kicks off this month. If there is no update come Monday 5th August 2013 the company will never return.

nevik - strange approach, but one you are entitled to.

personally I do not think it appropriate to take the 'sit in silence and hope' approach to investing.

pester the nomad, not mdc.

the nomad WILL have significant leverage with mdc. I was told specifically by the nomad yesterday that an rns would stop loads of people calling them so they WOULD put pressure on mdc to issue one

MDC know everyone is wanting news, it's been thus so for a long time, no pestering is going to make them release other than when it suits their cause. I expect they know exactly when they are going to tell the World whatever it is they want to tell. They know the day and the order the news will be delivered and what they will do if it gets the hoped for market reaction.
Right now they hold all the strings.We just have to wait and see what unfolds.

guys, I don't claim to have a full understanding of the history here, but I do believe mdc will relist and think it likely there will be good news at that time.
I also believe that the new season is an obvious catalyst.
the nomad told me yesterday that they will urge mdc to issue and update a.s.a.p. the more people that call will only reinforce the need for this. investor pester power :)

One thing we do not have to guess about is wether Intabet is a real product. It is and I'm sure that will be official about the same time as MDC are listed on AIM, it will be obvious it's a working product as I would put money on it (wait a minute I already have)having deals being announced at the same time.
Still plenty that could go wrong for us, i'm erring on the positive (well what do you expect) and I can't help but feel a slight tingle of excitement for the coming weeks. I just hope for a shower of Champagne and not an egg custard pie in the face.

Lets hope we do.I could do with some good news and a few % profit.If we relist and its spectacular we will benefit unless sold for £1 to clear debt etc etc!

I doubt he would be allowed to talk to anyone that just phones up.
Plus without real evidence those letters are slander, I would also think anyone that redistributes them could also be on dodgy ground.
They say what a lot of people would like to hear and they say things a lot of people would like to believe just so they can get angry about something. A bit like the Jeremy Vine show.

I was going along with it until that last letter, which amounts to someone admitting they are stealing to someone that happens to be recording it, then they post about it in public years later. Stranger things have happened but really?
And why did he not report it at the time, he thought it worth recording and keeping for years, but reporting to the authorities was not worth it?. He still despite all this evidence thought it a worthwhile place to keep his money.
Umm slightly fishy don't you think. If you had evidence of stealing and wrong doings, is not the police the place to take it, not Baker Tilly.
I also believe a recording made without prior permission is unpresentable as evidence in a Court of Law.
I get the feeling whoever posted the first letter, suddenly thought of other "evidence" they could of added to hammer the coffin lid down tight.
What next, Drummond turned up at my door wearing a mask with a bag marked swag over his shoulder he wanted me to store for a few days. I have all this on video.
