There is another post there now, which is just... WOW.

I think it puts too much emphasis on being promised XYZ but the "Defendant1" because that is just a lie and I dont think actually against the law. These were cosy chats and off the record meetings and by rights the guy should not have known or been told this info anyway as if true he had insider info.

Regardless what I think has been underplayed is the amount and the way they manipulated the share price with RNS which were just plain false, then cashed in Warrants, then put out a correction.

Also around that time I remember some very very "rampy" posts being made here by new and first time posters. Who could that have been I wonder?


The good news for MDC in all this is he is going for the Directors not actually MDC. The bad news for MDC is it appears if what he is saying is true, MDC will be liable to the Purple Lounge players. And that will be game over.

It will be interesting to see/hear the reply.
It might be argued if MDC did hold player accounts that they have been robbed as well.

1: mdc will file results and come back to market
2: at that time a full update will be supplied
3: talking now about a status report before final return
4: things are a lot more advanced than they were, light at the end of the tunnel was said.

Providing there are no dirty dealings, James Rose looks like an asset to Intabet, no doubt like me you can see many scenarios that get us MDC folk shafted. It need not be like that of course. Lets just hope we do come up smelling of Roses.

How that comes about will decide wether we make or lose.

Has anyone been told the name of the firm of accounts who are currently working on the figures so we can get an estimated completion date from the Horses mouth so to speak?

With that information I would favour the stock returning. Without that, I fear the worst.

There is no reason not to be given that information nobody is asking what the figures are, it would just be a case of MDC replying "Chris Smith of XYZ accountants is in charge of it" then simply give Chris a ring or Email and he says, "should be ready early August". Not too much to ask.

ryan yes I've had decent replies. So providing as I suspect PJ is a decent guy, expect news sooner than later.
I've had names mentioned as well for installation of Intabet.
A couple of weeks before the new season is my guess if it is going to happen.
If the new season starts without us, then probably never.
I've got a few million as well, if it does come back and the price shoots up, don't expect we will be able to cash in a few million each, I doubt the deals will be around if we all thought lets shift a few million into the market!

Everybody has had decent replies and they all do until notified the stock is not returning. Not suggesting its the case here but you should take nothing from the replies from any AIM director.
