I normally sit on the sidelines and read rather than post but I've just come across this . It would appear that it was created on the 24th May and updated today! I don't recall seeing this posted on any past posts - forgive me if it has. I have some further links and will post regarding domains/server info. Not sure how relevant they are to us but may demonstrate that Media Corp are working hard behind the scenes...

There is nothing left here. Intabet, if it ever existed, will not be launched by MDC. If it was going to then it would have by now. The whole thing could well have been a life boat distraction to give the Drummonds enough time to escape.

Good bye everyone.

At least we now have a little idea of who some of the players are. TWL look to have a plan that may involve MDC, it could be good or bad news for MDC. It looks obvious TWL are wanting to push forward and MDC are in their field.
TWL are wanting to grow fast, the best result for us would be for them to take a license out to use Intabet. Other not so helpful scenarios are quite likely.
On that basis I've covered my MDC bet with one on TWL, I would hope to reduce my loss if MDC turned belly up.
Then again I could be backing two hopeless cases :-)

We never have been updated on anything and whatever is being cooked up will not be known until it's a done deal good or bad. We can't expect to be kept up to date with behind the scenes twists and turns in any company.
A statement to PI's would of been nice, courteous even, regarding the delisting.
They have our money and what little loop we were in has been cut off. I can't sell and cut my losses even if I wanted to. The TWL news is the sort of thing you would consider in deciding to stick or twist.
Not expecting to take a profit from this, all looks very dodgy from every angle.
All cloak and dagger stuff.
I hope Phil is a decent guy and not working on shafting us all, innocent until proven guilty.

I don't think results for MDC will be pretty reading, the money has only gone out. I can't see two weeks of GM at the death of the season will show much positive.
Some decent news on deals is the only hope, if it comes with results and re-listing on Aim.
I have a fraction invested in TWL compared to MDC. I still hope for MDC, not looking very hopeful. Something is obviously cooking.
I just hope Phil sold MDC for 50p a share, I can retire then in great comfort and never have to look at a share price again :-)

nevik someone on LSE reckons that results for MDC will be out in a few weeks. I am both TWL and MDC also. Lets hope it plays out well for shareholders!

Of course if this plays out to be bad news for MDC, it could be good news for TWL.
I just put a tip of my toe in the water at TWL.

Even if TWL did use MDC under an umbrella what exactly would that add? How many customers does TWL have. I can't see TWL having funds to buy MDC at any advantage to us. The best we could hope for is some mutual partnership, but do TWL have much to offer? I know little about them.

That Isle of Man acquisition is that connected to MDC in some backhand way?
A strong smell of fish wafting around, I think some brushing up on rules and regulations is needed.

There looks to be a web of intersecting paths developing out of the blue.
Investing in Aim is a bit like walking into a bar with a bundle of money hanging out of your back pocket.

Bensdad - PJ was away on business for MDC, returns on thurs, signs the papers that were prepared before. TWL using intabet platform under Mdc umbrella?

"What will come first, A, B, C, D, or E"

A = The football Season ends
B = Intabet is launched
C = The Shares are unsuspended
D = Goal Millions actually starts taking £s
E = One of the Companies Creditors (HMRC or Purple Lounge players) goes to court and/or they run out of £s anyway and the plug is pulled here before the end of the year.

OK so we have had a suprise winner with D coming first I had not realised they had a gaming licence, then we have now had A coming in second place, given the TWL news today E has become the hot favourite to come next and I doubt B or C will ever happen.

At least not in a way MDC will benefit from. Liquidation for MDC then TWL pick up the pieces from the recievers for a few pennies perhaps? Which would be a nice way of cutting out the Purple Lounge theft and HMRC liabilities at one stroke and PJ can start again in a new shell.

Im just speculating.

It certainly explains why these guys failed to get the basics right here. Hardly keeping their eyes on the ball.

As for a merger, it seems unlikely given the financial weakness of both. (And I say that as someone with money invested in both)

Not so sure, I think the 2 companies will merge very soon.

Hmm. It seems that PJ may well have been busy, but it was nothing to do with the business of MDC. Have a look at the RNS for TWL this morning. Does not bode well for MDC.
