10/10/2023 20:15 | CLX sneak out a profit warning at 15.17, its a company I liked acouple of years ago, 😰 Glad I never purchased.. | igoe104
10/10/2023 11:40 | I saw that this morning. Some of these REITs must be looking incredibly attractive to predators. I guess for any predators (PE maybe?) it's all about financing and making the higher interest costs add up vrs what income producing assets they could potentially buy that are cheap.. | cfro
10/10/2023 11:31 | WHR sold two smaller assets 30% above the NAV value. YET the share price of WHR is 30% below its NAV. | igoe104
10/10/2023 11:26 | Wiggly line crew.... | igoe104
10/10/2023 09:21 | Solid update from TET. Relieved about that as the share price had been falling over in recent weeks. Just goes to show that the market can be completely wrong at times. The same old story of traders selling out just because the price is going down and no other reason.. | cfro
10/10/2023 09:09 | Worlds biggest wind farm supplying electricity already, should be good news for TPG as they supply manufacturer design cable protection for the wind turbines.. | igoe104
10/10/2023 08:56 | Excellent update from TET. 👏 👏 | igoe104
10/10/2023 07:45 | Decent update from THRL 99% collection of nursing Homes fees. Another one of my shares fallen purely down to interest rate rises and reduction of the NAV. | igoe104
09/10/2023 19:37 | It shows how bad the tories are when the city say, the economy will be better under a Labour government, never thought I would hear that | igoe104
09/10/2023 14:32 | MTRO up and down like a prostitute knickers. Must be traders in and out... | igoe104
09/10/2023 14:23 | AIM hitting another recent time lows. Got to laugh at JW who keeps banging on a bull market is around the corner, if that's the case why is he still over 30% cash 🤷 | igoe104
09/10/2023 13:49 | Guess you have probably seen this: Let us hope they are right.. | cfro
09/10/2023 10:52 | Got to laugh as that poster on The BB board, announced hes sold out of VLX because of the cyber attack. It just sums up some of those posters on the BB forum.. | igoe104
09/10/2023 09:24 | I've topped-up my AV this morning paying £4.04.. | cfro
09/10/2023 09:22 | Don't worry about the VLX cyber attack. I've had it happen to a few of my holdings in past three years or so. I didnt know what to do to start with but fortunately i didnt panic and the share price recovered in no time at all. It happens every day of the week. Did you know that over 4000 uk companies get hit every single day. Most dont get through but many do. VLX will have plans in place and also cyber insurance so the costs will be minimal.. | cfro
09/10/2023 07:22 | VLX has has a cyber scare, luckily it doesn't sound like to much destruction.. Unfortunately some will panic sell, id imagine.. | igoe104
08/10/2023 14:01 | Could be a turbulent week this week. It's all kicking off in Israel/Palestine now. You can bet that Putin has instigated all this... Also the BoE have convened a meeting for Tuesday on systemic risks due to the turmoil in the bond markets. Shadow banking is top of their agenda i believe. | cfro
08/10/2023 13:55 | Can't see any news on AV in any of the weekend press, so hopefully there won't be a takeover. However, these rumours do seem to be more than just rumours so i wouldnt be surprised if certain parties are interested but the question will be at what price. I feel confident that Amanda is fighting our corner in this regard but if the insti's want out then they want out unfortunately.. Problem for me is that my holding in AV isnt that large. I have some dividend income in my account Friday and more due this week so as long as the price doesnt move much i intend to top-up.. | cfro
07/10/2023 09:35 | Grainger, the largest listed rental landlord in the UK, is upping rents in ‘one of the strongest occupational markets we have seen’. With GRI taking their rental estate from 10,000 properties to 16,000 over the next few years and also transferring to a reit, (Tax reasons) it will be interesting to see the NAV in a few years, should see a big rerate...Hopefully I'll go to the AGM next year, to get afew answers. Its in Newcastle, so a good night out as well. | igoe104
06/10/2023 13:21 | Mike Ashley taken another 3% of boohoo. | igoe104
06/10/2023 11:02 | I wonder whats going to happen next with this AV story? Normally if it is only rumours you get a spike in the share price and it comes straight back down again but that isnt happening here so far at least.. If the share price keeps rising into this afternoon then Amanda will be forced to put out a statement either saying no we havent or yes we have been approached. If the later then the speculation will be on "what price" if the former it will drop back. My own gut feel is that there definitely parties interested. If we dont hear nothing today then the weekend press will be full of news and speculation. | cfro
06/10/2023 09:47 | Interesting to read upto four companies might be interested in AV, Interesting times.. could a bidding war be on the cards ? | igoe104
06/10/2023 09:25 | Ideally you want to hold AV for the next several years, pick up the decent dividends and then when markets are much improved get takenover over for £8 plus. Problem is funds are so desperate for funds to cover outflows they would take £5 20 and us little holders won't have a say in it.. | igoe104 |
