Completely agree re AV, i would hate to see it go unless of course the premium is too good not to except. But that being said even then i would be reluctant to let go..


I see MTRO bank in trouble. Hopefully this can be sorted otherwise it could set-off a chain reaction..

Agree re GRI. Thought the update was very good. It's certainly gone up a few notches on my wishlist..

The yanks are really screwing these markets up. With McCarthy gone the government is in a state of limbo. Bonds prices have pulled back a little from their highs but the funds are simply not there to pay for everything..

How long before they have to start printing again..

This market is unbelievable, Broker upgrades for AV, alot of folks piling in with their dividend payments and the price still drops, with this fund redemptions around at the moment, its like padding up the creek without a paddle...

Good update from grainger, record occupancy and 8% rise in rent accoss the estate. Portfolio 10k of rented houses taking upto over 16k over the next 18 months. Demand for rent is high as folks are struggling to afford to buy houses..

Demand for rented property is only going to increase. Especially as the new landlord regulations, will kill the smaller landlords.

Everything getting hit again today. Even your SEIT whacked down 5% or so. Just about every stock in every sector taking a whack no matter who or what it is..

As far as i can see only TSCO that is holding its own and about the only safe share to hold..

This energy investment Trust is worth looking at seit.
Invest in Electric charging points and green hydrogen and well as many other projects.

Best thing to do is not look at your Portfolio until 31st December. Thats what I'm doing now.

October will be ropey as their is always fund redemptions, November and December hopefully will be decent.

GRG 3rd quarter update seemed ok. Costs down quite a bit so that should help them.

SUS, another im watching, out with solid results.

Meanwhile my own portfolio continues its slide almost daily for flip sake..
