G2 - PSC's should be stopped as well! Same idea I think - I was hoping that you could shine some light.

Alphorn, are you perhaps talking about personal service companies?

lefrene, what track record so far? He's had a go at wokism and at foreign aid and at the BBC and at quangos generally. I think he's done rather well on everything except this virus.

So far there's every indication that the team dealing with Brexit are light years apart from the borderline traitors handling it before. I am reasonably confident.

G2 - I thought that you might - all I know it that it moves 'salary' into a vehicle taxed at corporation tax rates instead of 'vanilla' salary. Hope stopped.

Don't think Gove will give ground on fishing, lets hope he stands firm on everything else.

....'And I'd ask for a big discount for cash!'.......and try going back 6 months later and get work done under warranty, that's if there is one.

More confidence in Gove for these types of negotiations.

I'm sure Frosty is sharp enough to deal with the €urobuns.

But what about his political masters? Big question mark there.

Would anyone buy a car from a dealership if you knew before hand they were dodgy with accounts...

Yes! And I'd ask for a big discount for cash!

No deal with crooked EU. Walk away. Don't go into the Tunnel with this lot Govey...you'll get rolled over.

Would anyone buy a car from a dealership if you knew before hand they were dodgy with accounts not signed off by Auditors.....no, walk away and go elsewhere.

Mayor of Manchester has a good idea. In order to stop people buying alcohol at the 10 pm chucking out time lets stop selling alcohol at 9.0 pm. How the f* is this idiot a mayor of anywhere. Why do politcians constantly feel the need to keep talking and keep coming up with new ideas.

I think the real positive for me is that WHEN this covid malarky settles down there will be a lot of money flowing into stocks that pay decent dividends as other options are decidedly limited

I can't see much change either. Other than the prospect of a huge potential dividend if bought at these prices. However we all know that lloy ,for example , could still see 20p before it starts it's eventual recovery.Good Luck.

OAP
Wasnt just talking about LLoy. Quite a few of my stocks have not stopped paying dividends but all rose quite considerably yesterday for no apparent reason that I can see. Weird how sentiment changes. Whatever it was it bypassed me but hope it continues.
