About time Theresa used her power.
She has decided to brush aside her no deal cabinet,
and has checkmated the ERG.

the ERG hate her and tried to get rid of her.
Now she will get tough with them.
Her and Jeremy have one thing in common they hate the ERG.

The no deal Brexiteers in the cabinet should have been sacked.
Harold Mac Millan sacked most of his cabinet years ago.
'A little local difficulty' is how he described it.

She has brushed the head banging no dealers aside, she warned them that they should vote for her deal or risk everything.

In many ways a British Prime Minister has more power than an American president.
She will get the taste for this power, no more Mr nice gal.

Those of us who have been questioning the Prime Minister's sanity must now accept that she was a socialist plant, always from first joining the party. In that light all her otherwise inexplicable actions make sense. Compulsory worker directors on boards, refusing to let the police tackle urban youth crime vigorously and all the rest of it.

the worst deal, that is so bad that you could not even dream it up in your worst nightmares, is better than no deal

Very clearly this has in fact been the stance from the outset. And the Euros knew it; their every action made it obvious that they knew it.

'No deal is better than a bad deal' has now changed to 'the worst deal, that is so bad that you could not even dream it up in your worst nightmares, is better than no deal'

I'd like to build Brexit a home
And furnish it with love
Grow apple trees and honey bees
And snow white turtle doves
I'd like to teach Brexit to sing
In perfect harmony
I'd like to hold it in my arms
And keep it company
I'd like to see Brexit for once
All standing hand in hand
And hear them echo through the hills
For peace through out the land
(That's the song I hear)
I'd like to teach Brexit to sing
In perfect harmony
I'd like to teach the Brexit to sing
In perfect harmony

WBecki,

I am really glad you highlight the link is to an article from 2016. You dismiss it because it is nearly three years old. For that reason you should acknowledge the referendum needs updating with a 2019 public vote.

As members of the EU we would retain our veto and this includes using that veto to block any attempts to remove the veto.

Clearly you believe that today there is a stronger case for leaving the EU than in 2016. I believe that remaining in the EU is in our long term national interest. Lets put it to the test and have a legally binding public vote.

I agree just don't think you have the moral high ground just because some people couldn't be bothered, were fed up by the lies and fanciful forecasts. Remember this was going to be the easiest deal in history."

If we hadnt of had a Remain PM, a Remain dominated cabinet with 4 of top 5 posts being Remainers, a foot dragging Remain parliament, and a traitorous Remain Civil service running the show it would have been.

Cue your "Davis and Raab were Brexiteers" who had the rug pulled from under them by NO10 /Robbins negitiating a deal on the side, in quiet.

This farce has been deliberate to delay, water down and prevent Brexit by Remainers.

The whirlwind coming is going to reflect that I suspect.

We shall get Brexit but a soft one."

There is no such thing as a Soft Brexit.

There is Brexit or some sort of REMAIN.

May's deal isnt Brexit, it is Remain with no Say - a CU

All you brexiteers quote that17.4 million people voted out. However that is only 42% of the electorate. 25million did not vote to leave. Remember lies, damned lies and statistics

Don't blame the people for voting"

I only recall 16 million odd voting Remain.
Why are you counting the other 9 million as non LEAVERS?

They're non voters.

'Empty vessels from now on.' 17.4 million is a lot of people to upset...think about it, and they're not all old either."

Absolutely.

As I have often warned.

Soon time for karma for many traitors I fear.

The more they keep extending and delaying Brexit the harsher the backlash is going to be I suspect
