I see the EU/Uk after all this time still can't agree a deal on fisheries. Must be a moot sticking point on harelip suckers and sticklebacks.

Your attempts to create the impression that there are a decent bunch of conservatives who are principled, intelligent with the utmost integrity doesn't fool anyone.

Boris and the current government encompass every 'NASTY' value the Tory party stands for. Tories voted him in for goodness sake! The leopard hasn't changed his spots. Boris is being Boris, Cummings is being Cummings, Gove is being Gove, Patel is being Patel etc.. etc..

No surprises here, just many - like you - trying to distance themselves from the blatant transparency that Boris & Co are happy to indulge in which shows true Tory values. :)

It is debatable whether Trump has ever won. Yeah, so he has money, or did have - big deal. But look at him, he has to fool - and lie to - the ignorants and the not-so-intelligents in order to gain following and affection, the rest he has to buy. Seems like a serial loser to me - just like Boris.

Yes, it seems hypocrisy rules with the current government and their stupid followers.

If Corbyn had spent this much we would have had 'blue rinse' riots by now.

No hypocrisy at all. Most conservatives are incandescent with Boris. See the Littlejohn article maxk quoted earlier - that sums up the mood.

the reverse could also be true, millwall fan, that true, quiet, stay at home conservatives will tell the pollsters the opposite to what they intend to vote .Some analysis says this is what happened with brexit and the 2016 US vote.

Of course it's all down to COVID. 😏

Notice another nationalisation sneaked through yesterday with the Atomic Weapons Establishment coming back within the MOD. I thought privatisation was the panacea of all problems? Thatcherites are always banding on about this. It was good enough to be private for 20 years and now all of a sudden.......something doesn't add up.

No one said WTO is perfect or doesn't need updating Alphorn but it is better for UK than still being in the EU protectionist racket run by their Brussels mafia.

Ive gone into SOLG with my money. I've had my eye on it for awhile and I think/hope it's going to romp away soon. Not suggesting you buy but I think it's worth a look.
