Our craven leaders are failing to stand up to a Marxist mob which wants to tear down our history

Unless the Prime Minister puts a stop to this policy of appeasing activists, there is real danger of a rapid deterioration in social order

Protesters pull down a statue of Edward Colston during a Black Lives Matter protest rally in Bristol CREDIT: Ben Birchall /PA

The appalling scenes of violence and disorder in London and Bristol at the weekend should not have surprised anybody. A few days earlier, the first of this series of Black Lives Matter gatherings had taken place and by early evening, it had escalated into an aggressive encounter between protesters and police outside the gates of Downing Street. Because of the way Wednesday’s incident was handled, the message to anarchists and vandals was clear.

In effect, the authorities said: “Nobody in this country has the moral courage to stand up to you, so please do as you wish.” The BBC and much of the mainstream media (with a few exceptions) may wish to portray these protests as “peaceful” but they have not – and will not – convince me or millions of others....

On govt loans (via banks) to businesses atm, the govt seems to accept that a large proportion of these will not be recoverable.

So where do we go with the data that identifies deaths FROM c 19 - under 290 from under 60s - and allow PHE DfH 7 NHS to say they have been threatened and overcome at the expense of their life.
1318 deaths incl those over 60 - as per NHS England - in the period since late march should be a walk in the park for an organisation that get billions into its coffers.
Why then could it not plan through EP to manage c1350 deaths throughout the country.
There may have been many scared almost to death by the media rushing to A & E
Do we have such a % of MSNs that education failures have not been questioned?

Pressure rises on HSBC in Hong Kong row as Aviva lashes out at bankCity investor says decision by HSBC and and Standard Chartered to back China's security law for the territory makes it "uneasy"ByLucy Burton, BANKING EDITOR9 June 2020 • 4:40pmOne of Britain's most powerful investors has hit out at HSBC and Standard Chartered for backing Beijing's crackdown on Hong Kong in a move that could pave the way for others to follow suit. The London-listed banks were last week condemned by democracy campaigners for supporting the law, which criminalises anti-government movements in Hong Kong. Both Britain and the US, where the majority of HSBC's investors are based, have called it a violation of Beijing's obligations to the territory. Investors stayed silent, however. hTtps://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2020/06/09/aviva-first-investor-hit-hsbc-hong-kong-row/OJ Simpson9 Jun 2020 5:29PMReally disappointed with HSBC on this one. I hope they change course for the sake of their home market in the WestLikeReplyGordon Stuart9 Jun 2020 5:35PM@OJ SimpsonAll international banks will be doing the same. Little locals like Lloyds and RBS have almost no interest in the far east.Martin Hainsworth9 Jun 2020 5:25PMIf HSBC can not stand up to China (and there are commercial reasons that it can't), then it should demerge Midland Bank and list HSBC on the Hong Kong and Shanghai markets only. It should leave London....Maybe to taken over by Lloyds. Who knows. And there will be the USA. Who knows.

Scotch Whisky? Welsh Lamb? Cornish Pasties? The EU allows counterfeit cheddar but protects ProseccoJune 09, 2020By Leigh EvansOVER A NUMBER of years our team at Facts4EU.org have published a good number of revelations about "Geographical Indications" (GIs) protecting the EU's regional food and drink names. The BBC, Sky News and ITN have never seemed very interested in this topic, and it may therefore shock many readers to know the truth. This is our latest update for 2020.David Frost, the UK's chief negotiator, was questioned by the UK Parliament's European Scrutiny Committee on Wednesday 27 May 2020. In his evidence Mr Frost revealed that, "The problem with the Withdrawal Agreement, which obviously we are committed to, is that it requires us to protect EU GI's in this country in perpetuity, but does not place any such obligation on the EU to protect ours."

History is what took place.
We should all listen and learn.
Not those of today who wish to try to eradicate what they do not like.
What will they do when they dislike what happened to them yesterday.

So NHS is full of heroes?
Would you trust your GP to identify what is wrong with you?
Seems so many doctors have put c 19 as an add on to the DC ie with c 19

When I said past history - history can be 500 years ago, 50 years or even 5 years ago. Protestors will not change history.

Pretoria, South Africa, went through a massive name changing exercise a few years back. It just goes to show how centrally organised this whole operation of removing history is from the world. Many other cities in Africa change name with each new Marxist dictator that convinces the masses that this time will be different

I see that Little Britain has been removed from Netflix, BBC iPlayer and BritBox amid concerns that the use of blackface characters on the series is no longer acceptable.

stonedyou: Some bacteria have been essential for human life itself. Only the incorporation into early cell forms of a bacteria that helped form our cell nucleus made our life line possible.

"Mitochondria are direct descendants of an α-protobacteria endosymbiont that became established in a host cell. Owing to their bacterial origin, mitochondria have their own genome and can autoreplicate"

Khan has been a waste of space, more young black and white kids have been stabbed since he took office than have since records began...a disgrace.

Khan is unfit to be Mayor of London.
