I read that apart from the reported shortage of ppe
There is also now a world wide shortage of sick bags
Yes!
Apparently caused by the number of people who have seen Mike Pence on Trump's daily campaign briefings!

Anyone with even a minute amount of knowledge knows there are multiple viruses that cause the cold. With various strains it’s probably 200+. No point in developing vaccines for all of those given the huge cost, high chance of mutation and mild symptoms they cause. More often than not it is the argument of a cretin, who thinks that because the disease is mild the cure must be easy.

Infections are generally through family members so infections will happen during lockdown. It is happening WITHIN family homes, the government don't want to tell you that.

so where is the vaccine for
sars? the common cold?"

No need for a vaccine for a common cold - why?

"Colds are usually milder than flu. Colds generally do not result in serious health problems, such as pneumonia, bacterial infections, or hospitalizations" <---------

As to SARS - What was the CFR of SARS?
It burned out it was so fatal. Nothing requiring a vaccine left after it speedily worked its course.

"and why wont 50% of UK nurses take the flu jab?"

because it isnt mandatory and they do not want to???

"tamiflu for tea anyone?
these vaccinators are stark raving mad"

Are you some anti vaccinator or soemthing?
I only ask because I have mixed feelings about such. You, however, seem very restrictive and anti vaccination.

An observation looking at the UK news programs with their outside interviews. My goodness, obesity is alive an well. Overweight is the name. Is this the roly-poly thread too?
Just an observation - is that one reason for the high domestic infection rate???

I don't understand all his calling for more tests. It's effin obvious to all that testing would be massively beneficial. Problem is not enough test kits which work.

As to masks. I think the experts disagree whether they're useful or not and where they are useful or not. I just wish the 20yo who brushed passed me and my wife yesterday while out walking (he was running, and puffing and emitting into the air the virus if he has it), would wear one. The pratt. We were single file on a small pavement next to a deserted country road and decided to brush passed us (saying 'sorry' as he did) on the inside rather than set foot on the deserted road.
