sinkyj - you are right about the new holders having long term positions, unlike what has been mooted on the thread by others. Mind you...what is long term these days? For me it's 2+ years. Although it used to be 4+. Times change. Anyway, the clue is in the name. They are invested here to make proper money. If LWRF deliver they will make proper money and some. I'd certainly like to have 10% at that price.

My guess is the company will become the subject of a buyout.

I've always felt that.

It's typical of the mkt we're in. M/A activity with, ultimately, just a few key players emerging.

FY results will be interesting to see how we've faired in H2. Hopefully something decent will emerge over the coming weeks.

Cheers for now.

:O) sinkyj. Broking arm, breaking arm.....not sure there's that much of a difference.

50p would be very nice, agreed....(cue knuckle wrap by clocktower)....

News out of India or positive sales update would be good.

I would also hope the supersmart TRV has progressed as that is potentially a game-changer.

On updating the header yesterday I looked back over all news for the past 6 months or so and on the basis of what has been announced you certainly feel the pipeline is strong.

Looking for a strong finish to 2015.

Good luck.

Probably around the time lightwaverf has ifft integration and the share price is 50p again. :-)

That of course should be broking arm. Lol. One day the mobile app will do edits.

Irelands dropping the ask until they get business . Their breaking arm probably got some stock in lui of fees so they'll move them quickly. Unfortunately, still lots of fall out from the placing, even if the new holders are long term investors. It was a very disappointing point to raise given the share price history.

Volume picking up anyway.

Down on the day so far, but more buys than advfn is suggesting.

So we continue riding the waves until more definite news is released.

22K purchased there on the dip it seems, split into two trades. Someone's limit order?

Not that it really matters, but I have the shares in issue at 18910855 but I've seen 18.87m

Strange you don't have to say when you issue new share the definitive new total of shares in issue. Makes filling in a TR1 interesting.

Have had to remove key % holdings as I don't presently know them due to dilution. Awaiting an update.

Key events and recent financials updated.

Anything I've missed folks, let me know and I'll add it.

Talk about the 'straight guy' giving carte blanche to clocktower.... :)

Overhauling the header today....pruning and adding.....

Just looking at LWRF's twitter feed for the first time in a while. Good to see much enhanced activity there:

Everyone has their own appetite for risk: you obviously will wait until the company has made a lot of money and has proven itself. That's your prerogative.

'Accepting' a different view is different to 'tolerating' one. I have tolerated yours for several months, evidenced by the fact that you have not been moderated.... this despite me having received a dozen or so emails to kick you from the thread.

It's an open debate for both the bullish and bearish....

But it's up to me how much I rate your contribution.

You can believe what you like but the facts are that the company makes no money and has yet to prove itself and the new investors clearly did not value the stock at current levels one month ago. So ramp on all you like but accept different points of view.
Good luck if you are holding at present though.

Further, are you sure the providers of those funds can and will take profits so soon?

Considering you've slammed the company at every possible opportunity over the past few months, and have tried to spin even positive announcements as completely bad ones, I take your comments with a pinch of salt.

I am ready to criticize the company where necessary and have done so, albeit not always on here.

If you reread my post, I am not making a comment about the company's current valuation but instead making an observation about the wider market and my hopes of positive news here going forwards.

"how can this be worth around 30% having received no further news or large contracts"

You make my point for me.

Considering the pipeline is believed to be strong, further news and/or more contracts is exactly what I, and I'm sure many others, are now looking for.

And in that eventuality, who are you to say the shares will not now react strongly.

Come off of it mg78, the new money raised less than one month ago was at 23p how can this be worth around 30% having received no further news or large contracts, the providers of those funds can take profits at any time and send this stock back where it should be. I bet that cash is dwindling already.

Looks like LWRF is back to full offer for any stock.

Good to see some blue again after the market's recent show of red.

Plenty of stocks making back a bit of ground at the moment...

Would be fantastic to get a good run of news here as we head towards the year end......and hopefully this will coincide with a steadier market. Certainly glad nothing was released earlier in the week as it would have just been engulfed by the Chinese woes.

A positive update and a push back up to 40p would be good. Am I dreaming? Time will tell.

ADYOR etc.

Buying back under 30p again.....thanks to Chinese wobbles.

So many stocks on the drop today. Much red on the watchlists.

Will be interesting to see how long this lasts before a correction. Should throw up some good opportunities across the mkt imo.

Make that 60% red 40% green. Little blue around....many stocks being marked down on 0 trades.

Opportunities a plenty over the coming days, I think.

20 companies on one watch list with c.50% red, 50% green.

Could still be another buying op here before things turn.

Hmm. A fair bit of red across my monitors and watch lists on the opening bell this morning......but good to see a smudge of blue here on Friday on light volume.

Hopefully at these suppressed prices we'll see some gradual accumulation of stock over the coming days....would be good to break back up over 32p and then onwards.

Now looking for some of the promise mooted in the first 6 months of the year to begin to bear fruit.....although it would be wasteful to release such news into this immediate market.

Mid price 28.5 but suspect official offer is still closer to 30p?

Cheers gozo.

Price may, or may not, ease a bit from here, but if so, it wont be by much imo: the company is cashed up and all recent RNS' point to a strong pipeline, with some potentially big deals......so I expect the stock to be bought on any weakness.

Read through the past RNS' again and they point to an interesting pipeline of deals.

27.5 - 35p range is now a good entry here imo....and it will now be interesting to see how the share price reacts to future updates.

Back to rating a strong, albeit speculative, buy.

AIMO and ADYOR, as ever. Good luck.

Have to agree MG78, two key words, wisely and India.

Like Buggy, I'd like to see huge operational improvements by employing people with the the relevant industry qualifications and experience.

However, with at last count only 11 employees, 6 of which are directors and 2 are related parties, I think people that know how to do, rather than people that talk, are needed.

The seeds of this are now there, with the CEO now working full time. If I were putting 1 million in , I'd have insisted on that too. Also good, that the posts of Chairman and CEO are finally separate.

I expect further changes will soon be made to take the company to a more professional footing. If not, this time it will be curtains for sure.

I'll set about overhauling the header shortly - hopefully this weekend. There is plenty to add.

Good at least that the elephant is now out of the room and the company is cashed up...

There has been a raft of positive updates over the past few months (one of which is especially strong) but it seemed only to fall on deaf ears what with the obvious need for a stronger balance sheet.

I think the word 'subjugate' just about covers it.

Now that this aspect is sorted (and those interested parties have filled their homes, sheds and perhaps even, boots with stock) I'd like to think that future updates will now be greeted with a much more buoyant share price. Shock horror if that happens!

MMs must be prepared to react when demand comes in. If they don't and the company itself continues to progress and turn out positive news, we're in a mind to just keep buying what's offered until a bid finally comes in.

It's crucial that ML and the team use what they've raised wisely.

The Indian update is by far the most significant news the company has released this year. That is good and rapid progress into a notoriously difficult market, the size of which is most compelling.

Will get back to this at the w/e.....
