29/7/2015 17:22 | whoppy, I guess the market knows they might need to raise new funds to take the business forward and that dilution will be the result, on top of that they have to prove the can make profits for shareholders other then themselves by issuing options at low levels. They need to issue them at target prices that reflect the interests of PI`s and not just run companies to fill their own boots as occurs in so many AIM listed businesses. Look how few pay dividends: A couple of the good ones are CRU and AEO for example but there are others. | clocktower
29/7/2015 15:46 | New finance director Mr Sykes has an interest in 360,000 options in LWRF at an exercise price of 12.5 pence. | whoppy
29/7/2015 15:26 | Anyone know what's going on here? It's hitting major lows on the back of the recent new distribution deals for India and the UK. If they announce anymore deals then, will we go sub 20p??. This is supposed to be a hot market. The director JS must still be dumping all his shares. Why is he doing that? The market still doesn't have faith in the management. Why aren't directors buying this??They have had some new ones join. Shouldn't they be backing the company..share options are just too easy. | whoppy
28/7/2015 18:55 | Fair enough Hydrus I respect your opinion. Cheers | gozo
28/7/2015 18:48 | Gozo that post is not at all balanced, it's overwhelmingly positive. | hydrus
28/7/2015 15:15 | whoppy, they might try getting PSL to supply product under contract for example. | clocktower
28/7/2015 09:14 | Well it seems other investors are not to keen on the stock either. I accept the market is very depressed at the moment but there is a lack of support and I expect the support will be a lot lower unless they are able to provide a clear statement about cash requirements to take this through to profitability. Still Good luck if your holding still. | clocktower
21/7/2015 19:06 | Looks nailed on for 25p | hydrus
21/7/2015 09:41 | Probably get more profit selling lightbulbs | letmepass
21/7/2015 08:59 | Not sure what the "beef" is Watchtower, the announcement is what it is, a new contract. There are no attached promises, just information most shareholders are capable of understanding in the context of where the company finds itself. One marketmaker (SHOC) lifting the bid to get a bit of stock, is hardly tricky. It worked, they got 15,000. THey'll pull it back down when they have enough. | sinkyj
20/7/2015 12:37 | LWRF have been issuing regular RNS and RNS non reg bulletins for a while. As a shareholder - that's good. I like to be kept informed. clocktower - if you have questions, you can always email Mike Lord directly. He does respond and it's worth getting the facts before you label this company a "dog" Not sure what your problem is with them having agreed additional distribution. Would you rather they sold the products at a car boot? | greenrichard
20/7/2015 11:51 | Clocktower, they had to issue an RNS because the news could affect the share price If, say, only they knew about it, and they know it's lucrative (or not, as the case may be) then they could buy or sell on the basis of this. Obviously this is not on. So, whether or not anyone thinks this is a great contract or not is up to people to research? But, what they couldn't do is not issue an RNS about it. I think you know this. You are not daft nor ignorant, as far as I can make out :-) | alynch
20/7/2015 09:50 | Of course it is Nar1 but did it justify issuing a RNS? In addition what concessions have they provided to be able to arrange this? How long will it take to see anything positive at the bottom line from this? Is this the right way forward? If they do not perform, what contract are LWRF stuck with? Show us the money before jumping up and down as they have already issued good news only to be followed by bad within a few months have they not? It seem to have been a case of the MM marking the share price up to get the dog moving first thing this morning. | clocktower
20/7/2015 09:10 | " Clocktower - Appointing a distributor does not ensure sales or profits at this point in time"But it's likely it will do in the future so it's positive news. | nar1
20/7/2015 08:35 | Not sure why this would make the share price rise. It would need big orders for that to happen. Deta have big clients and this is the opportunity LWRF needs to open the door to commercial clients. Being established, I would expect some big orders from Deta through clients who want to save energy. | whoppy
20/7/2015 08:11 | Trying to get the share price to rise before fund raising maybe. Appointing a distributor does not ensure sales or profits at this point in time. | clocktower

14/7/2015 03:08 | Clock Tower-In your previous posts you have used the word 'problems' to describe your take on the internal situation within LWRF as a company. Can you please explain...... | kevc09 |
