Never did get the end of year trading update. One can only assume revenue will be in line with previous forecasts. Obviously lots going on but the question as always is can the management turn the opportunities into revenue?

Need solid updates... That are going to equate to bottom line profits for the firm. These are all very well links but we have seen no news from the company for a very long time.

This company is dead as a dodo. When are they going to achieve anything that equates to ££.

Maybe their saving the news for fireworks day to see if the share price will rise at rocket speed or will it be a long trudge up towards Christmas?

Thank you gozo, that is a fantastic link that I have not seen before and is extremely exciting, as this must open the doors to a whole new sector of business with huge growth potential.

I expect we shall be hearing a lot more news before long about other developers use of the technology, let alone the expected big news from India.

That is correct mg78, and that is whom should be brought to book by the LSE and in a manner that would reward PI`s, then it would stop. I can also recall one case years ago, that a very wealthy individual, which is known to me sold a huge number of shares in a company owned by a former friend, and when he was questioned about it,some three months later just got away with an apology when a RNS was issued, saying he forgot. Meanwhile the stock had slumped but he came out with a large profit. The man in question has since received a knight hood but imo he should be in jail as I expect you would find a can of worms if you could work through his business dealings.

However, more to the point - I was looking at Fastlec`s website and noticed they are now promoting LWRF products but the interesting point is that there seems to be a longer lead time now for some of the products - Is this due to the rising demand, and problems keeping up with deliveries?

You will notice at the foot of the page the upcoming deliveries for some products

LWRF are not necessarily at fault. The initial onus is on the person / entity who purchased or sold, as I believe it.

Trouble is there is no enforced regulation that hits the pockets of those that break the rules, companies can provide misleading information and at worst the company get fines that in turn hurt the small PI. What should occur in cases like this is that the companies or persons that have failed in their duty, be forced to buy the stock in the market that they sold, within a set period after due notice has been given to the public by way of a RNS. It will not happen though the LSE ignore complaints but profess to state otherwise imo.

sinkyj - I agree. There is no legitimate excuse for any kind of a delay...and to be honest my patience is wearing thin of seeing it happen at LWRF.

If they haven't declared any other sells that have taken them through a whole percent I would advise them to report it asap.

There are few rules in place on AIM that are of benefit to retail investors. Disregarding those few that do exisit is a kick in the teeth to say the least - especially when, as you rightly point out, one considers the terms of the recent acquisition.

"JMF69 26 Oct'15 - 11:16 - 2099 of 2107 0 0

City financial unloaded 200k shares last week"

That 200k seems to be the sold on 20.10.15 at 23.5p, so I assume there was a buyer for the 222k @24.5p which in itself is pretty positive. If you recall, I had suggested the Chairman's buy was to help get stock away from the placing.

If the stock had been offered to small stakeholders many would have taken it up but the cost of such a placing would have been considerable. I think the RNS will have signalled an end to the selling.

I have seen this many times before and it is often followed by a large hike in the share price One good example was when RTI sold part of their stake in Fitbug, and within a short time the share price started to romp. Another example more recently is Stilo - STL - if you look at the recent RNS, there has been heavy selling by Brewin Dolphin Ltd and since they started the share price has almost doubled.

At a guess , a Committed Capital financial vehicle. But anything is possible. From previous RNS.... Committed Capital holds 3,881,026 Ordinary Shares on a direct, discretionary or advisory basis in LWRF representing 20.57 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

It would also be interesting to know who Mainspring nominees are holding 20.57% on behalf of.

There have been other incidences also.

The three day reporting rule is in place for a reason.

I hate it when it isn't obeyed.

I believe it's CFI responsibility to produce a TR1 on every percentage crossed, and LWRF to announce it. So that's would be 7% and 6% missed if the Aim 26 information is correct.

I agree, there appears to be a discrepancy.

Very disappointing.

LWRF needs to sort this aspect out.

They seem to have unloaded a lot more without the market being informed. From the latest Aim26 information 400,000 more.

That's not at all good or fair on private investors, investing without the knowledge that a participant in the placing has been selling which will serious dampen any price rises. The market should have been informed.

All. I have no views on this company either bullish or bearish and in truth just popped in because of the deceitful poster Clocktower. If you have any doubts about his integrity then read his posts during October on the AEO thread.

You may also wish to take a peek at my most recent post 3448 on the AEO thread.

For clarity, I have no pecuniary interest in LWRF and most of my posts here have been firmly tongue in cheek and hopefully raised a smile from time to time.

Good luck with your investing.

p.s. mg78 - "No other warnings will be given; bull or bear, it matters not, you will just be moderated."

Masterful, authoritative, and commanding. Sadly, unenforceable because like me you are not a "blue" poster. :)

Michael.
