Well if it was another management buy I expect it will not be long after before we get good news but I doubt if they would want to release it too soon after buying stock in the market.
It did look like a corporate buy in any case to have got it at that low a price (which was just below mid at the time I think)

I probably own enough.....200k As far as I can make out, a very cheap buy, and why the 10k's etc had no impact. I fully expected a RNS as it was an existing large holder, or directors topping up. There are a few days yet until it has to be declared , so it could still be the case. It's certainly changed the direction.

I assume you were holding before sinkyj, and the ones you got were just a top up. If news comes before serious large buyers I expect the MM will hike it up well above 30p in a flash after a couple of trades.

Any comments about that 200k late trade yesterday?

Got a few Clocktower, not as many as I wanted. Not getting a good quote at the moment. Looks like its bottoming out. Like you say, could go to to 30p on little volume.

JMF69, I expect as soon as that comes you will be paying the 30p+ but as it is well overdue as you say that might be very soon.

I'm waiting for an update on the rollout of the BMS in other universities, care home, hospitals etc.Long overdue some news imo. Not to mention news on the updated app, homekit integration and progress with Havells.

Everyone staying silent today on the rise,well that was my 5k this morning, and it seems it is moving on little volume, so as soon as there is consistent interest, I expect to see it heading back towards the 35/40p range.

sinkyj, I am sure the price movements had nothing to do with my views being posted on here. I might also get a few more tomorrow after you, and it would not surprise me if others thought it a pretty good time to be adding this to their portfolio for long term returns, if they have been doing the research that I have recommend doing.

Well that 40k sell did not move the bid or lower the offer for the time being, so maybe one MM wants the stock.

It was not because of being invested at what hopefully turns out to be around the right price but based on research since done and feedback etc.In fact I am still waiting for a couple of other results so to transfer some further funds into this before long.

Nothing new that has been announced by the company or been signed and sealed but if and when it is I guess that you will get your 100p whoppy.

No news is good news as this provides further buying opportunities if one is minded to invest in the future of the product and companies technologies.

Of course they are based on the core products..Havells are funding any customisation required. Some might need customising..others will not..the majority won't..we are not talking about new products and LWRF having to fund new research and development. It's all done alongside the core range with some products being bespoke for the customer. There are always going to have to be tweaks for different international markets. Havells are paying for this and are paying 50% upfront of the value of the contract. That's before the products are supplied/sold.

One other thing you may find of interest whoppy that has not been been mentioned about for some time, is products that are powered by LWRF but sold under the brand of Herschel IQ for example. You can envisage other companies using the technologies and branding it as their own. In fact you might see one of the larger players buying the company out to leverage the business opportunities from the technology before competitors capture this rapidly growing market.
