Lol Sparty, you think that by highlighting Kier is extremely high risk that I am misleading?


The only investors that are likely to have made a profit or dividend return for several years here are the ones who bgt in November, 4 months ago. Even Costain with over £100m net cash are not recommending a dividend, what chance has Kier of ever paying another??


However, the market has also moved massively in that time. Many shares have more than doubled in that time. The market looks toppy, Kier looks very toppy with a equity raise imminent, but still you think this is a good buy?


In a few months the share price will look very different IMO. The directors all own very few shares and will not think twice to massively dilute shareholders if they can add another year or two for Kier to survive. That's reason enough to leave this well alone.

Kier share price being stubborn. I Note the much feted BBY is having an unwelcome trend. Now below £3.
