My first sale. 50% of the lot. Not quite enough to upgrade the jag but there is still hope with the other 50. Obviously made up my own big boy mind on the decision. I feel there is still massive upside potential is Davies is clever enough. However I do think between now and then is a long time and confidence may decline as time goes on. I presume they don't appoint idiots to head listed firms and I also presume they have advisers who are paid top whack who are reasonably educated and experienced. I am sure they have gone through the options as we all have and have a plan of action. Stdy might have a good shout with Davies going against the sky report and announcing early once the deals done.

Lol, I added to my position slowly over the last few months. You have to tred carefully in this market and with a share likely to be volatile and in a rising market. I state when I do that because I have nothing to hide and because I am a genuine pi. I have also stated when I closed those positions. This is a good shorting opportunity because of the coming equity raise which is massive and highly likely to drop the share price I also believe it could coincide with a market fall which would be disastrous for Kier.

You on the other hand have been positive on here for 2 years. Never state when you buy sell or hedge. Never apologise when you ramped at 150 and the share price fell to 42. And aggressively attack doubters who have valid and good reasons. Over those 2 years Kier's balance sheet has fallen massively and they need again to go cap in hand to investors to try and survive a little longer. Will it work again? We will find out soon!

lol wallzy! Can you imagine how many people would have been ruined by your advice to short Kier at 50p in November and then at 58p and so on until the blow-up to 97p the week before last if anyone took you seriously? I don't see YOU apologising to anyone! I think it's a bit strange how you're always harping on about 'apologies' when you're the worst offender by far on here. You're ALWAYS telling outright lies and you've BEEN COMPLETELY WRONG ABOUT KIER FOR FOUR WHOLE MONTHS and you've been wrong overall for two years!!

Also wallz, on a sidenote, I'd just like to say, that I'm a tiny bit flattered that you attempt to use my own tactics against me (benefit to society mssg) but because you are using them second-hand, you'll never see the underlying strategy. It's like looking at a cheap Chinese knock-off of a beautiful western car. Good luck with your trolling.

Sicko, I hope you're ok this morning and earning your money at work.

Lol Stdy. That's not true what we are learning is the disgusting dishonesty of paid rampers on BB's. In 6 weeks the share price will be much lower. You will refuse to apologise saying that Pi's make their own decisions and that you never tried to influence them. Just as you have countless times before. It's such a shame you choose to make a living trying to scam people. You seem a intelligent person. Society would be much better if individuals used their skills to benefit it.

spartz, what we're learning, you and I, is that wally-pops and sicko are a complete irrelevance. Their ridiculous and hysterical screeching about Kier makes not one jot of difference. I'm just enjoying seeing our favourite construction firm ride a wave now. Looking fwd to April. I reckon Davies will bring 'D-Day' forward as soon as a deal is done. It might not even be with Hands. How wonderful would it be if they sold KL for £120m to someone else? Last I heard, there were at least two bidders and the UK is looking more and more attractive to investors as the nation leads the west out of the pandemic through a better vaccination programme.

A nice article here on the handover of part of a Kier development in one of the eight freeports. This story gives a hint to Kier's regional strength -- the UK's largest regional construction business. A small contribution to the business overall but it's this diversified regional approach (covering the entire UK) which has reduced risk for Kier. A really nice article from the local press:

Truth it is critical that the share price is high as possible now. Kier will be desperately trying to gain institution support for their cash raise. So now is not the time you need to worry about.

It's what happens next you need to worry about!!

How strong will support be?

Will any cash raise be underwritten?

Will there be debt for equity too?

Are they still losing cash?

What price will any equity issue be at?

All massively uncertain. But still you think this is a great investment. Go figure!! It's funny that all the Kier only posters are turning up again. They only post on here, they seem indifferent to the effects of a equity raise. They ignore that it is highly likely the share price will fall massively when a cash raise is announced.

The hiccup in uk steel is settling down. Gupta's business is only third biggest steel supplier in the UK. Says he has all the cash he needs. With luck it'll blow over without affecting construction. Fingers crossed.

Not just the physical sites that they've got ready for a buyers visit. Doesn't look much like a discontinued business to me! A serious push to get competitive bids in maybe. Good to see them promoting the business on all fronts. Guardian is reporting today big price rises predicted for homes in the north over the next few years.

It looks like they've revamped the Kier Living website hxxps://www.kierliving.co.uk/. Came up straightaway on a search for Kier. Really nice site. Use the 'view all developments' drop down and you cann see all the estates nationwide listed. A very impressive portfolio.

Did I go too far? Sicko!! Don't do it! Put the lid back on that booze, put the hosepipe away, put the knives back in the drawer, close the medicine cabinet -- it's never as bad as it looks!! Call someone who knows you. Someone who likes you! Okay, I know that probably narrows the field considerably, but what about mrs sicko? Maybe pick a day when she doesn't hate you. Whatever. Get things in perspective. There's much to admire in this world. Take pleasure in your possessions. Above all, do not take notice of chatboards!!! Remove yourself from this toxic environment!!! And do something nice for a change. Look after yourself sicko.

Another unsuccessful day for the trolls. Why are you all so useless?

Damn idleness has possibly got something to do with it; sicko, wallo-pops, where are all your LSE posts? (Perhaps you're demoralised by the constantly rising shareprice.)
