macromike - 10 posts in total since July 2020. All on this thread. Oh dear.

Stdy, surely you can do better than this?

The price is holding despite GLG's short. The other hedgefunds have not piled in. That might argue against an unsupported rights issue. A lot of those guys are gonna be closer to Guy Hands than sky news. Could be that's why the price is holding up.

Usual cat-fight going on here with 'masturpig' causing all the wailing. Hilarious that he waits all day for Ed to reply with the alert button ticked, and then squeals back within 5 minutes. A proper desperate idiot. The bane of these boards. Good that most posters here see him for what he is.

Moving on: some decent volume at the end there. I don't know why but Friday always feels like a day where things happen...

Oh masturpig; you are so desperate to have a nice safe little flip-flap fight with me from your comfy chair, aren't you? I see that you're calling your lies 'poetic licence' now? That's nice and deceitful.

John's question, as usual, is on the money. You seem to be hateful, obsessive and have far too much time on your hands. And that usually goes along with having no friends. Advfn is your 'outlet' and a faux 'friendship' network for you. You are a sad, bitter, lonely man and you feel that someone should be listening to your pale opinions. That's why you invest so much time in posting on this free chatboard to people you don't know, and whom you will never know. No one on advfn cares about you or what you think. You have fallen into the trap that so many people are now stuck in today, thinking that the digital world is real.

The quality of your posts btw, is very poor; not witty, not insightful, not interesting. If you think you are achieving anything here, you are fundamentally misguided. Spartz gave you some excellent advice a little while ago, to go out and do some gardening. A real-world activity would help you in so many ways. The digital world thrives on hate. You should try to break free.

Syme as another posdter has mentioned last week is becoming exciting.Seems to have moved up a gear. Again not a long termer for me but has some legs for the time being.

Does it interest you, how many friends I have? Bit odd, but then it's a free country. Takes all sorts.

I'll take a flyer and say that it's more than stdy, given his outlook on life:

But good to know you're mates with him, John. And that you can't think up your own gags and have to use his. Says a lot.

Wayne Enterprises - why not? It's no more or no less ridiculous than most of his postulations on here.

I imagine you're all getting a little excited about the share price now?

These are unprecedented (imastu spell check that for me hun) times, anything could happen. There is a first time for everything. I think it's good to bat ideas around while we have all this time on our hands until the results. Guy hands elon musk bill Gates and perhaps Wayne enterprises?

Forks - apologies if I was unfair.

It just sounded little similar to stdy's recent leap from the Sky article about a fund managed by Goldman Sachs possibly being part of a consortium to buy Kier Living to a belief that they, along with Guy Hands, Bill Gates and Elon Musk were going to buy the whole of Kier in a competitive auction. As I say, stretching the realms of fantasy. And breaking them.

The article:

"Kier is also finalising the sale of its housebuilding arm, Kier Living, to a consortium led by Terra Firma Capital Partners, the private equity firm set up by prominent financier Guy Hands.

Terra Firma is understood to be planning to co-invest in the deal alongside funds managed by Goldman Sachs and Partners Group, a Swiss-based investment firm"

The leap into fantasy:

"The bigger story is Hands getting handsy with Kier plus Goldman's reported involvement. A bid is coming for either a part of Kier or, more likely in my view, all of Kier. It might start at £2."

OK now we can have a civil conversation... The article I read was about lloyds getting into the house renting business and with that said would they maximise this by having there own building company as they offer mortgages as well as insurance products they are seeking new ways to make money as interest rates are low and will undoubtedly remain that way for a considerable time yet I believe there union members are against it as they say lloyds should stick to banking

You are a caricature for a little Englander. Johnny foreigner is inferior and we will rule the waves again.

I suppose you are looking forward to signing trade deals with such enormous countries as Mesopotania and Persia and reject anything with a hint of EU
