1] they are whitholding information
2] it is improbable that this would be good news, whether of the completion of the commissioning or of successful production
3] they are aware of the talk on multiple sites regarding the mushrooming
4] they would want to publish good, substantiated news as soon as possible
5] the rns indicated that the parts delivery might be delayed until the end of may
6] if the module had failed they would be bound to report this - even given the laxity with which aim rules are followed or enforced
7] leon has already been made aware that he cannot afford ano snafu
8] it is not impossible, though hardly credible, that lc might want to annnounce with the yearly results at end july

i could go on enumerating my reasons and am happy to be shown the faults in my argument. it's hardly socratic so this may not be difficult. in any event, my conclusion is that we should park our impatience as it is only a matter of time. i do, however, think the parts had not arrived until recently if at all.
what is indisputable is that information is being witheld

It is Frog. The price peaked on 20th so they would have sold and notified on 21st

Ah just checked the RNS again I was looking at the date notified which was identical to the date the Warrants and Options RNS was issued. However, it says the threshold was crossed on the 21st May.

It seems ADVFN for well over a month now delays showing the details of the RNS's for an hour for those who are not premium users. I noticed this started happening over a month ago. When I click within an hour of the RN showing on the monitor it takes you to the News Headlines page but NO mention of the RNS for JLP. Plus if I click on JLP Newslist it also doesn't list the latest RNS. Only 1 hour later it shows and after an hour if I then click on the RN showing on the monitor it takes you directly to JLPs Newslist which in the past always did.

So I have to view the RNS on Sharenet until an hour has passed.

Anyone else noticed this and this happens with All RNs's now not just for RNS's from JLP.

As was said in the other place it doesn't look like the warrant/option holders are off loading at the moment.We shall see.
