26/7/2024 15:50 | i never let market "noise" put me off what i invest in. Jet2 for years suffered because we were based "up north" and nobody could understand us. The shares fell to 16p old money before they issued lots more. £32,000 invested then would be worth £2.75m today. Plus a few dividends along the way that were worth than the original stake. This should be valued at £6b today. Thats 8x earnings less own cash. Thats about 26/27 pounds a share. It will get there. So daily movements and background make no difference | castleford tiger
26/7/2024 12:44 | I certainly think with the positive update the day..Plus.. the sentiment turnaround that we have seen over the last 2 days.. That the belief is coming back into this share.. | weemonkey
26/7/2024 08:43 | Sounds like an air traffic issue. Everyone gets stung by them in summer, it's just about how much redundancy or flexibility is built into the programme. Nobody can avoid it, it's how you mitigate against what is almost a certainty. | trying2trade
26/7/2024 07:00 | When we last flew home with EZJ in May, we were just over 2 hours late. It was explained to us over the tannoy on the plane that due to capacity constraints that day, EZJ were basically doing the same all over Europe. In other words, screwing all its customers but not by quite enough to suffer fines on any flights | shanklin

24/7/2024 15:01 | CT, your talking about TUI cancellations ? | snorkelparker
24/7/2024 13:57 | would you risk your holiday? THE ABOVE was one weekend from one airport. last summer they cancelled 1300 flights thats 260000 over a quarter of a million holiday makers whos plans are in tatters. Now compare how many Jet2 left stranded. | castleford tiger
24/7/2024 12:21 | T2T Tui are not badly run, it's certainly not a TC but it's balance sheet due to years of dipping into customer deposits for Div etc left them very vulnerable when Covid hit. then all the debt that had to be taken to survive ..the return to travel meant customer deposits again but most was used to pay of credit lines. leaving them in the current position..its not a case of being led to believe they are weak..the BS spells it out.. Take away goodwill and it's a 3 plus billion hole | snorkelparker
24/7/2024 10:58 | It's naive to think Jet2 won't lose out somewhat to EZY, especially at Manchester. I've said for years I think there's consolidation in the European market still to come. TUI I had down as the weak link but I'm not convinced they're as weak as some would have you believe. | trying2trade
24/7/2024 10:52 | TUI have a very very strained balance sheet..simply just juggling the cash they have from customer deposits around from debt holders to AP to Pensions to capital purchases to staff retentions etc.. anyone who has run a business will know the impact distractions of juggling cash has on many aspects tangible and intangible. | snorkelparker
24/7/2024 10:43 | I don't think Jet 2 are loosing share to Ezy.. TUI I think yes..its that EZY is getting more of the expanding Pie. Ex Thomas C has to be swallowed up as Covid put that adjustment on hold..Ezy are the biggest threat to Jet 2 but we will see..Jet2 are top on everything to do with customer service expect both conpanies to coexist and not have an aggressive price war. | snorkelparker
24/7/2024 09:47 | Any serious investors know about the manipulation in shares this drop or the reason for it is only in the MMs heads and pockets, yet again ,, | scaff55
24/7/2024 08:33 | Jet2 will lose business to EZY holidays. I can’t see this stock manipulation guff frankly. If it’s undervalued, which I think it is, and you’re a long term holder, just look to accumulate more. At some point value will out. Main headwind is flows into U.K. equities generally going the wrong way. Probably concerns about environmental legislation too, so taxes on flights being more substantial. If flows turn you could have a quick rerating for a lot of stocks across the ftse 250 and AIM markets. | diviincomesearch
24/7/2024 08:13 | seems to be taking its time sinking in...Tui is up more and its their lunch that's most likely getting chomped | snorkelparker
24/7/2024 08:08 | Hopefully a ride up on the coat tails of EZY today. | trying2trade
24/7/2024 07:45 | huge difference between Ezy and Ryan..maybe MOL wants to buy back shares at a nice juicy discount. not like he doesn't have a history of shooting off and over embellising his statements .. | snorkelparker
24/7/2024 07:44 | Respectfully those figures offered by wizz are no more than 20% of what I lost out on due COVID. | trying2trade
