Not to mention all the Money Market Fund income they are making excluded from operational performance. The narrative of higher rates for longer persists and this is a useful income stream with both interest from Jet2 cash and customer deposit cash adding to the balance sheet every day.

This is one trust where I cherry pick high quality small cap companies and they are not reducing Jet2:

Having said that, TUI, WIZZ and EZY are having a great day whilst we languish. Christ it's a poor show in the last 2-3 months.

We are now officially money making season for Jet2. The load factors look good, let's hope they're not in a battle to the bottom with the other operators. Max delivery issues are kicking on for Ryanair and TUI. EZY still to put the pilots pay to bed. Wizz having issues with P&W engines on their airbus. Let's hope it's silly season for the share price after a drop off.

Could the poor performance of the European sector be linked to Ryanair, easyJet and Vueling among airlines fined more than £127million for taking advantage of their passengers having to pay over weight luggage fines? The fear of contagion into other countries other than Spain? If so this should be factored in by now. Jet2 are diversified and so I don't see it as a problem. If anything a benefit.

Friday ended with a £5m trade with a price 1,328.00p as the net selling continued and I am encouraged by the size giving me conviction that we maybe around a low.

Cannacord- High total shareholder return prospects – BUY to 1900p Jet2 shares trade at ~8x year-ahead PER+. We scope for 17% TSR CAGR over FY25E-27E (from profit and cash growth). We value Jet2 using a weighted scenarios-based analysis (based on historic peer multiples) to deliver our 1900p targe

Yes MrScruff that's the way it works but very easy to manipulate when you control the spread price ,they are well covered trying to encourage buying or selling when all Quiet on the news front ? but also manipulated to drive share price up or down or take out stop loses .smoke and mirrors sometimes lol.

July 11th I think is the next one in the diary. Long may this weather persist and hope the easyJet pilots go out on strike. Even one day would be significant for sentiment when booking.

scaff55 thats just forum 'noise'. MM only put in transaction and do not disclose buy or sell. The interface you use to look at trades attempts to "guess" the buy or sell based on the spread and mid price. There can be a number of platforms with varying prices. In fact a buy on Freetrade can be higher than a buy on AJBell. It is not in MMs interest to 'trick' the average PI as the volume of PI trades are small. It does not matter if a large sell is a sell or buy, you only need to know a transaction between a large seller in this instance buyer(s) I suspect UK small cap funds. Right now net selling is taking place. At any point net buying will begin and frankly Jet2 is the best opportunity in transport sector and I expect 40%+ upside from here with a cash pile protecting the downside and income from MMF giving us a competitive advantage in a higher rate environment. I am happy there is a seller, as it gives us an amazing opportunity to drip once or twice on the way down and then add one batch the way up.

MrScuff just pointing out that a " Transaction " can be used sometimes to suggest the story MMs are trying paint ? Many times my sells have been put through as buys and buys put through as sells even when obvious it seems to be most when large amounts of money are at stake. No offence, just pointing out my experience.

scaff55 sorry mate did not intend to offend. I have changed the word "Sell" to "transaction" as yes we don't know, but the point still stands the transaction was done at a lower price than yesterday and the day before etc...A seller creating the net selling to a buyer whose calling the price around that transaction level. This will one day soon clear and we can move up. It cant be long now and hopefully JUGI are adding to their trust as Jet2 is a top holding.

£2m UT transaction again as the seller persists. No manipulation. Plenty of greed thats why we are here and thats why people loose and win money. In the long run the market is a weighing machine right and this is so cheap and has growth showing though in the income statement and an excellent balance sheet with cash in MMFs earning Jet2 a bit of extra while rates remain high. A nice position to be in. A crazy nice position second to only ALPH. Do not capitulate as many ALPH holders did before the rise.
