07/11/2021 12:15 | I've noticed that ITV have started doing holiday adverts again for cruises etc This 'new' market should help the bottom line | netcurtains
07/11/2021 10:51 | According to Sunday Times the Government has delayed the CH4 privatisation decision due to greater than expected opposition - Dec and next year mentioned but certainly delayed. | hades1
06/11/2021 23:17 | An absolutely astonishing post. If you really don’t understand why then I don’t think anyone can help you? Perhaps you should move to another planet? Sorry but struggling to offer you assistance. | hades1
06/11/2021 21:56 | can someone answer one question. why are there so many black people in tv ads? it gets mentioned in so many conversations lately | cboney
06/11/2021 11:39 | ITV pick up multi awards. | bobdiamond1
05/11/2021 22:49 | Well done. A good call. Assume the Conservatives felt it would work against them! Their actions over the last couple of days concerning paid lobbyists should be a wake up call - it’s illegal and illustrates their corrupt party under very corrupt leadership. | hades1
05/11/2021 19:00 | Indeed, not entirely sure having the current government making the decisions the EU used to is necessarily a good thing! Dealer..but at least you can vote them out of power, try and get shot of the mandarins in Brussels, you or any other Brit haven't got a vote, haven't got a chance. We got off, but the gravy train rolls on. | exlogiclad
05/11/2021 18:29 | Could be worse - we could have that silly muppet Von der Leyen(Failed German Defence minister) and Macron making them for us!!! | geckotheglorious
05/11/2021 18:25 | Indeed, not entirely sure having the current government making the decisions the EU used to is necessarily a good thing! | dealer1972
05/11/2021 18:11 | "How exactly has the UK benefitted from leaving the EU?" We now make the decisions, we don't have them decided for us!! In all regards. We could do with people in power having a backbone though....Aside from Lord Frost, cant see much evidence of such on either sides of the House.. | geckotheglorious
05/11/2021 17:50 | Genuine question though....How exactly has the UK benefitted from leaving the EU?Which EU policies are we now not following that were damaging our country? | dealer1972
05/11/2021 14:38 | I don’t disagree! | matthewr1
05/11/2021 14:25 | Matthewr1 - I read last night that peloton had a market cap of 26bn…..I’ The US markets are scaring me a little bit, it’s a 10ft jenga tower right now with several precarious pieces removed. | angersharkz
05/11/2021 14:07 | Probably some rotation going on & baskets to that effect. Peleton cut guidance last night & was down 25% , & I’m told other wfh stocks like hello fresh , Ocado all been weak recently. Makes sense to rotate into old world , value , reopen stocks perhaps. | matthewr1
05/11/2021 13:53 | Nice move up, many of my blighty stocks have made similar moves! | ny boy
05/11/2021 13:49 | ……itR | angersharkz
05/11/2021 13:34 | At least we seem to agree that Brexit is something to be endured rather than celebrated, and that the sunlit uplands have been postponed. | mancman1
05/11/2021 13:19 | Mancman1 - Ah ok, yes I understand…I don’t agree with eliminating those with a differing opinion. The vote was extremely close but ultimately a decision was made, the country will continue to move forwards, we’ve come through much worse things as a nation. I think going off today maybe we could push 115-116p before Wednesday with a bit of wind behind us. Then hopefully ITV will deliver some positive news and the market gives an upbeat response. | angersharkz
05/11/2021 13:07 | "Mancman1 - ok - what was your point? You were talking about a poll (a poll made by whom and who was polled?) The country’s opinions were made during the referendum, what significance does a poll have after a political event has occurred? I’ve voted for governments that weren’t elected and I believed personally that it was a mistake….but I believe in democracy, it is what it is?" The poll was incidental, I was pointing out that the poll suggested that if you wished to eliminate all those who thought Brexit was a mistake then you would have to eliminate rather a lot of people. I believe in the rights of minorities to voice their opinion, and I extend that to supporters of Brexit and of Boris. And yes, ITV is moving up nicely. At 137p I shall have broken even! | mancman1
05/11/2021 13:01 | AngerSharz & slater5 - bang on! | ianood
05/11/2021 12:47 | Moving up nicely indeed, thought we’d get around 110p before Q3 results but hopefully we can squeeze a few more pence out of it yet. | angersharkz |
