You have something that's eating away at you, chumley. Why don't you tell us all how rich and successful you are again. It's a constant bore ( remember your spelling!! BOAR) you amuse us all, you have found your purpose in life.

So touchy, good proof that you are not totally illiterate, even with that Quail sized vacuous brain. Just saying, my love.

The markets in a terrible mess with the Middle East conflict today. Anyway I enjoy ITVX, app is great and new content such as After the Flood.

For all posters here, Stan is not the brightest lad. He may well have learning and communications issues competing in his Quail sized brain.
Let’s welcome him, and interact at a friendly and understanding level.
Ignore the outbursts and occasionally nod sympathetically.

Many posters have mentioned the ITV drama about the Horizon scandal. They might be interested in this article.

ITV was late to streaming and my point was, McCall and her hapless board should have done it in 2019 not 2022.

ITV head of streaming Rufus Radcliffe sold his entire ITV holding is August at 75p the share is now 60p and looking very sad. That lack of confidence in a company paying him a huge salary may not have resonated with small shareholders, but it has damaged ITV hugely in the City.

The share price has fallen by 25% since Radcliffe sold, there should be an insider trading inquiry asap!!!

Cautios7: I think you make a rather silly point. Clearly Streaming is critical

ITV has to go into streaming if it wants to survive as a TV company....

ITV landline TV is directly tied to the number of TV sets people have and hence BBC license fees. Every year less and less people pay the license fee.

This means ITV really has to move everything into ITVx ASAP......
I think they left ITVx for a long time because they hoped that Britbox would do the trick but it did not so hence ITVx..

Currently ITVx is a huge success and, touchwood, will be the touchpaper that launches this ship back into orbit.

Just bought into ITV recently at 0.63p a share. I don't see direct competition with the Netflix/Apple behemoths and hopefully with time and good geopolitic/economic news we'll be heading up soon.

This will not recover until the WOKE Board of directors led by Mrs Woke is disbanded.

We nee a new straight male British CEO who is a straight talker and who will cancel the toxic culture running through ITV from 6:00am in the morning through to the end of Peston at night.

The only way to recover this might be to launch a share buy back scheme like other more successful companies have been doing when their share prices we also on their respective @rses.

ITV have had brilliant media coverage for a couple of weeks with Mr Bates and what have ITV top brass done with it? Absolutely sod all. Well apart from looking on for the sidelines as the share price falls again.

60p FFS !

Warner Bros Discovery and Paramount have both tanked in the US, too. That said, Netflix is up strongly!
