08/3/2024 14:06 | It is really signalling JPM are saying plenty of room here worth buying some, UBS are saying just hold them if you have them. I had this exact conversation at a JPM investor afternoon with two of their fund managers - both said just look at the difference between current and target, the actual number isn't that relevant. If the gap current==>target is a large percentage of the current price then it may be worth investigating. The other snippet was that sector reports are much more worthwhile than individual stock updates, they take months to prepare and have a bucket load of reviews and internal challenges so they tend to be well worth reading. The last was the analyst can assess value......he/she can't assess price. | ![]() marksp2011
08/3/2024 13:55 | I guess these 2 are using 2 different numbered dart board...scientific calculators... JP Morgan raises target price to 112p from 105p UBS raises target price to 76p from 68p | ![]() diku

08/3/2024 11:03 | I can't cope with stupidity - the company statement is pretty clear. Deliberately misinterpreting it and then being negative about the outcome that doesn't exist helps no-one. | ![]() marksp2011
08/3/2024 10:37 | When did disagreeing with somebody become seen as being "thick"? We've seen plenty of hysteria on this and the other ITV thread during the past day or two so why not be big enough to show some tolerance too? Seeing such childish, aggressive behaviour on these boards, day in and day out is a tad wearisome. Grow up! | ![]() keyno
