04/9/2017 16:55 | Got a cheeky limit order for £7k worth at 126p. You never know!! | volsung
04/9/2017 16:51 | Hoping the elaborate on this Tomorow ” While the BLG-300 installation has slowed some of the industry evaluation progression, BluGlass and Lumileds agree that the Phase II Collaboration is making steady progress. This and the IQE collaboration will again be expedited with the upgraded BLG-300 starting industry work in September. | grity
04/9/2017 16:42 | The countdown is on then; 14h 18m to team news 15h 18m to kickoff | grabster
04/9/2017 16:13 | I'd be more interested in who has the highest post to shares owned ratio - I wouldn't be surprised if some have infinity, with certainly some around the 0.01 mark :-) | hammerd2
04/9/2017 15:53 | Let's have a pointless competition about who has the lowest average cost and the largest holding - nah we know Sweenoid wins every time :) | toffeeman
04/9/2017 15:44 | I bought in at 1.33 so you will sleep better than me tonight. | midasstingray
04/9/2017 15:39 | Having sold 50% of my shareholding at 49p ahead of results not long ago, to bank a good profit, I am going to hold on at the moment ahead of these results which, knowing my luck, means the shares will fall tomorrow!! I obviously hope not. | dahhad
04/9/2017 15:38 | nice one. unfortunately for me i only bought in at 1.05 so there is no 400% gain to bank! | nimbo1
04/9/2017 15:33 | Like a few others, I have sold 60% of my holding at a 400-500% gain (patience paid off) but still kept a reasonable amount after seeing IQE featuring in funds like Marlborough UK Microcap where it is now the largest holding.... I'm sure Giles Hargreave has conducted his detailed analysis as usual and probably knows more than we do. 04/9/2017 15:03 | good news if you are holding (like me) is there seems to be plenty of selling which always leaves space for upside. WB 'the stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient'... hope he is right on this occasion : ) | nimbo1
04/9/2017 14:58 | It's tricky, IQE clearly have a strong future ahead of them, but I halved my holding today because I'm not fully convinced the trading update tomorrow will be as spectacular as people hope. I'll see what the numbers look like tomorrow and if I like what I read I'll jump back in. I'm slightly worried the directors will conservatively say 10-20% improvement and those who expected a 200-300% profit improvement will dump stock. | luxaeterna1
04/9/2017 14:02 | I thought we were supposed to be going ......down ?! Give it a rest fuji99 Out of interest just looked at who else is reporting tomorrow, and since I expect IQE's statement to be very positive and newsworthy it's great to report there will be little distraction from other reporting companies There is a trading update at Halfords Interims IQE, Cairn homes, 888 holdings Finals Alumasic, A&J Mucklow, Redrow, Mattioni- Woods and Craneware I am sure that a very nice optimistic statement backed up with news they are beating analyst estimates should generate at the very least some news flow. I don't know much about the other companies but can't believe that they will generate anything too exciting:-) S | sweenoid
04/9/2017 13:59 | Like many others, including those who are long, the shorters will have a cascade of conditional orders in place to react tomorrow morning, whichever way the price goes. | grabster
04/9/2017 13:53 | Shorters smelling already some smoke ? They have 2.30 hours to decide their fate. | fuji99
04/9/2017 13:49 | Dow closed today. So no effects from over the pond to kick markets around between now and Results. | grabster
04/9/2017 13:47 | Buyers now nibbling on the dips, let's hope for no unpleasant surprises as share price is priced to perfection, either we jump nicely or go back to test support at bottom and of the up channel at around 100p, hopefully not down to chart support @ 66p, if the latter, I'll add a couple of shed fulls!! | ny boy
04/9/2017 13:46 | From Stuff.TV 2 hours ago - 3D scanning mentioned again, but no official confirmation yet: "Stuff.tvVer Replying to @StuffTV #iPhone8 Standout new features?📱It | rivaldo
04/9/2017 13:45 | Interesting to read that that IQE is now Paul Scott's largest long position. | someuwin
04/9/2017 13:19 | To support Sweenoid`s lobbying I wrote this to the company earlier today and now find that they won`t even allow Paul Scott to attend. Hi Chris, Many thanks for your earlier reply. Tomorrow you have big day : another milestone on the company`s journey. I have a fair amount of my life savings supporting you et al in your exciting "adventure". At some point I understand that you have a conference call for a select group of cognoscenti and I would ask that what they are told is made available to all of us. Some things do need to be kept secret and they should remain in house but for the rest there should be a level playing field. I do hope that IQE will strive to be transparent and helpful to private investors on a par with "the city" I look forward to your announcements tomorrow and a bright future for you all and my family. Regards | arcadian
04/9/2017 13:06 | A decent woman, always forgiving, unlike some short-circuited minds. No fuse left for tomorrow though. | fuji99
04/9/2017 12:58 | I wouldn't want to be in your shoes either...when mummy finds you playing with her computer ;-) S | sweenoid
04/9/2017 12:34 | I have a feeling that the recent Trading Update showed only 70% of IQE real potential. IMO many more surprises will be given tomorrow which will pleasantly surprise in the upside. I really don't want to be in shorters shoes as many are playing the roulette. | fuji99 |
