The inference from research and IOF comments is that the objector was poorly prepared and had a number of 'facts' which were incorrect. IOF expect the permit to be awarded.

Our cat was called Emma, as was the gorgeous 15yr old girl who lived next door but one. My husband point blank refused to call the cat in at night as Emma's dad was 18 stone and very fit!
