I can not remember the process, but I presume IOF will be informed before the judgement is posted on the website.

I'm very sure, very confident but that doesn't mean it will be awarded. It's just based on the balance of probabilities having studied the water laws and requirements.

The general view from those that understand the law and circumstances is that the HE will have no option but to award it.

just catching up after three months - the chile situation certainly creates an opportunity for prices to move up.
I think the water news hopefully will be positive - crude prices won't stay suppressed forever.

Urban myth

Listen to the line at 1min 43 seconds

"sunk without a trace Master Bate" sounds like 'master mate' later

Not to mention Roger the Cabin-boy.

But did you realise that these names are urban myths, none of which were the names of the characters in the TV series?
I know quite a number of close friends and relatives (and I'm from that era) who swear that those are the names they heard. Too much disco-music had perhaps already reduced their hearing capabilities - Master Mate, for example, though the cabin-boy was actually called Tom.

Mind you, the urban myths are much funnier.

It was a no show re the seller on the offer in the closing auction. We'll see if they appear next week, if not it tends to confirm CGT offset selling.

Now it would be nice if that overhang has gone, and we get some good production news for Q1.

Awol

Re level 2, it's just like it was yesterday afternoon. The offer is free of it's loaded up amounts and the bid side has stacked up again. It has been stacked up on the offer for a week or two, but certainly someone was soaking them up.

The seller could be playing games making us all think it's a CGT exit which ends today and then drop in a few next week when the share price is higher.

My thoughts are that it was a CGT event, sells to offset gains, as it got more aggressive, earlier this week, as the critical date approached.

We'll find out over the next week or two. Hopefully a production update will be out next week.

Perhaps ACT is only allowed to press the like/dislike button by the nurses in the clinic where he might have gone to dry out?
