When I said done and dusted engelo, I meant the hearing itself being over and done with for better or worse. I agree with you the official RNS will not come out until you estimate or even the following week. On the basis that the hearing is public though, I would not want to wait for the RNS until being fully invested.

That is why I was topping up yesterday.

Trying to work out when we will get an idea about how the water hearing has gone. MT is 7 hours behind us, so even if the hearing starts promptly at 10 am (no idea of the timing) this is after the UK mkt close. Would imagine info will leak out Thursday evening to influence trading on Friday 20th.

Spike_1 I would agree with you. With just 3 trading days to the Water Hearing being done and dusted, there could be movement this afternoon within the next hour.

I could be wrong but the sells are getting over market price which suggests someone is picking these up in the background.

Anyone in AFR, just be careful, a lot of pumping and dumping going on there, I don't know what will happen but I don't have an optimistic view on it.

I've been proved wrong on it in the past week however...

no, I'm not happy with your valuation on TUNG, two years is a long way out, it's forecast to make £31m losses this year after all and a further loss next year.
There is no visibility of earnings, you are in effect paying upfront for growth.

Whereas with IOF, you are not paying upfront at all.

How you value TUNG so high, yet fail to recognise the gearing of iodine price here (and yes, it does feed into end user derivatives prices to some extent) is beyond me.

It's like you have an agenda.

Well, I see the production, manufacturing and marketing/distribution as one ridicule. I reckon with a fair wind this can make £2m clean in 2017. Therefor I value it at ten times that.

Yeah diamonds are okay, if you can find 'em & shift 'em at a decent turn? It's funny business though and depends on quality and demand, and is quite labour intensive with associated issues. Really needs a great economic boom to cash in. Why don't you float it on AIM banksy and we'll see what we can do ;)

ACT you are ACTing in a very naive way in valuing Iodine at £20m. How did you reach that sum and how did you calculate the value-add from the Iodine process derivatives division who are producing a wide range of iodine products? The iodine business vertical integration achieved by Iofina is a big deal; you need to show how you have valued it.

I rate TUNG at 10p on your valuation metrics, remember your profits two years out - well they are still negative.

IOF has real and expanding assets, your under capitalisation comment is naive.

You fail to build in a rising iodine price...the valuation here is 100p when that happens.

Mr big, he's been pining for you all winter.
