12/2/2015 13:08 | Also, this something sg mentioned is it something to do with either RGB energy or Cosayach? | bogg1e
12/2/2015 13:06 | dc, are we sure that a public hearing can be appealed? I thought the public objection period was last part of the appeal process? | bogg1e
12/2/2015 13:03 | Cheers SG. Can you or Awol or the other chap who mentioned that something which you have uncovered, please at least drop a hint. Ive done a few searches but not coming up with anything obvious. | bogg1e
12/2/2015 13:00 | SG That's a bit of a bummer . I though next Thursday was it . Sounds like if the objector looses , then he can appeal and we have potentially more weeks of waiting to endure unless his points are so contradictory to his prior permit applications that the court over rule and issue the permit. | dcgray21
12/2/2015 12:51 | Not court just a hearing. Yes the HE has time to deliberate although it may be obvious to those present which way it's going. He needs time to write up his findings. The objector can only use the points raised and deemed valid, which is beneficial use. No other topics will arise. Everything to come up is in play pre hearing surprises are not allowed. So as we can see his points and know much of it is false it can never be facts and substantial evidence. If they support him all further related water permits must be refused. One is in now for another county for waterflooding of oil wells. That method was something we mentioned a while back as a potential trend returning. Waterflooding it as it sounds to increase pressures to force oil out and needs large volumes. | superg1
12/2/2015 12:46 | Thank you SG for clearing that point up. I hope the objector can't appeal too, otherwise it would seem that anyone could use the situation just to buy time. | bobbyshilling
12/2/2015 12:38 | SG, is the court beholden to reach a verdict on the day of the hearing or does the examiner have the right to eg 1 week to deliberate on the evidence before issuing a verdict? Also how long do the authorities have to process the verdict and an official licence (ie documentation/certif | bogg1e
12/2/2015 12:29 | It's not an appeal. The first hearing was a show cause hearing as to why the permit should be awarded. When it was awarded then comes the public notice chance for others to object. So now there is a contested case hearing. Either I believe can go to appeal. Def iof I'll check re the objector, I assume an objector would need grounds to appeal and evidence the appeal point. | superg1
12/2/2015 12:19 | I know, but can they appeal the appeal so to speak - just being sure. | bobbyshilling
12/2/2015 12:17 | This is the appeal | loughton
12/2/2015 12:14 | I know this has been discussed at length, but I can't remember; can there be an appeal after this hearing, by the other party should IOF win, or is that the end of matters, and the permit is granted? | bobbyshilling

12/2/2015 09:36 | See What I think happened this morning was 75k sold by the broker dealing with the supply. As it was suggested yesterday they had held 150k on the books and took it higher, when 75k went yesterday in a block, that meant end of day clear out or the potential final tranche today. Now that is the info I like from solid folk. That is assuming of course that the recent supply is done, which for now seems to be that way. Just a case of waiting to see what quick-buck trades are in the pot after yesterday imo. In theory a break and hold above the close probably confirms the break out for TA folk who will then buy and exit at 43 to 45. A good break above 200 ma and they may hunt 60p on a new buy. Of course it may go down too. I'll tell you in 4 weeks my view about why it went wherever it goes. | superg1
12/2/2015 09:30 | Woody Trust me it would create 100's of posts, but if someone spots it I'm already digging away to see what I can dig up. Some bad news though, Zac Mir has said it looks like it's heading to 45p in the next 2 to 4 weeks. If it breaks the 200 day moving average well then 60p ish. In hindsight he now says the 30p mark was a Bear trap. Nothing at all to do with the seller ending the supply then just the charts forecasting it all. I love the use of charts to state what happened in the past, brilliant stuff. I don't recall 30p as being forecast as a bear trap. I'd be much more impressed if they forecast future moves not explaining past moves. | superg1
