08/1/2015 10:02 | Heart You don't read the posts or you are just plain thick. Your posts jut allow me to repeat the same thing and with great confidence There have been no replies to any of the deficiency letters, hence the notice period is complete. Here is what it says at the end of a deficiency letter. IMPORTANT NOTICE: This will be the only opportunity for you to provide additional facts to the Department, If the information is not postmarked and submitted to the Department within 15 davs of the date of this letter, the objection will be limited to the criteria marked "Yes" above. Thus the news they released on the topic is unchanged other than adding the next stage as posted by leggit The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (“DNRC”) of the State of Montana has reviewed objections and determined, at this time, only a portion of one objection is valid. The other invalid objections points may be resubmitted to the DNRC during December for further consideration. The objection deemed valid may result in a contested case hearing before a DNRC Hearing Examiner whereby the objector must prove that the permit was preliminary granted in error. If necessary, the Company will vigorously defend the granting of the preliminary permit and feels that this objection has low risk to the Atlantis Water project, and therefore, the Company is continuing to move forward with this project. | ![]() superg1

08/1/2015 09:47 | What again, I've just fitted one and knocked walls down, she can stuff off. :-) 4 neighbours have just done theirs. For your info Re tradesman themselves, the joiners spit feathers re the DIY sector kitchens everyone of them says, 'should have gone to Howdens' | ![]() superg1
08/1/2015 09:33 | Heart Can't you read. 2 objections have been rejected as not valid. Culbertson Town and The Wildlife one as on the links provided form LSE. Culbertson depot tried 3 criteria points and only 1 was deemed valid. That has been declared in news. All 3 objections got deficiency letters, dated 2nd, 3rd and 8th December with 15 days to reply. No one replied, so two objections are dead. The fact the Culbertson depot didn't add any more or push for the other points makes me think he may have given up. If he wants out then that will most likely happen next week, if not a hearing with a provisional date in a few weeks. If it goes to a hearing he can't take anyone with him, and he can't use anything other than the point raised. Potentially he has to pay for the hearing and other costs. It's a done deal but I'm waiting to see what the MMs do on that news, if I have to pay more for shares than now, so be it. I work on timing re shares, and imo in a short tine the timing should be spot on. | ![]() superg1
08/1/2015 09:22 | Heartwell, one thing is for sure - IOF expect to get the water permit, that is a recent view. A bit like your fund raising call just before results day? Surely an embarassing call when the results presentations showed cash growing! The 6 washing machines - I don't care what you call them, they are lower cost washing machines than Chiles, and they are enabling IOF to compete on lower cost iodine products sales. | ![]() che7win
08/1/2015 09:10 | Real danger with 3 objections iofina may walk away from the water permit. That leaves the company with 6 washing machines with a front load of 2.5kg each. Beware | ![]() heartwell
08/1/2015 08:26 | Just picked up a few Howdens(HWDN) at 408p. Trading update just out saying they will beat broker forecasts (broker targets up to 500p) with margins rising. Great growing yield and £161m net cash. New year and with more cash in people's pockets I think women are likely to be pressing their hubbies for a new kitchen! | ![]() woodpeckers
07/1/2015 22:31 | Severn It's a point I was thinking about too, he obviously doesn't want to spend any money as he is unrepresented and specifically struck through the relevant box re representation. This is in the fee rules and is only part of it. The objector would cause a hearing so I assume they have to pay. v) actual rental costs for the hearing location and required sound equipment as determined by the hearing examiner; and (vi) other costs of holding the hearing, conducting investigations or studies, and making records pursuant to 85-2-319, MCA, except the cost of salaries of the department personnel; | ![]() superg1

07/1/2015 21:57 | SG1 If the burden of proof is on the objector is there any adverse costs order the examiner CAN IMPOSE IF HE DOES NOT REACH THE REQUIRED STANDARD OF PROOF? | ![]() severnof9
07/1/2015 21:05 | The objection points submitted. Adverse effect Affect rights and his permit and affect the rights of other permits. Reduce his sales and the sales of others devaluing their business. Water is legally available but not needed. Water not needed as there is plenty available. (lies and misrepresentation to support that). Wildlife May result in the taking of protected species, application for exemption needed. In the area of a proposed reserve where they want to allow the hard banks to diminish for the protection of various species listed blah blah. I won't list the Town of Culbertson as it a load of old rubbish moaning about anything they can think of. I don't think they mentioned extra bins needed and that being an eyesore (Typical British nimby complaint). The FACT is everything above has been rejected and binned other than the point around this line... 'Water not needed as there is plenty available.' Here is a paragraph straight out his objection on that point. B. Clearly the oil service companies signing these letters of intent are not knowledgeable of the amount of water available in the area and are signing letters of intent solely speculating about the availability of water for their own needs and the fact there is no binding act of intent on their part. He has to prove that comment is true. His point A says this A. In addition there are no less than 18 water marketing permits and three municipal water rights within the radius of this circle resewing in excess of 12,000 acre feet of water a year.) NO No Mr Carlisle, there are 18 permits total. 2 don't have any rights and 1 you have repeated making 15 not 20. 3 of those are for 23 AF feet or less making 12. The municipal one you mention is for the largest amount 2843 AF. They don't supply the oil industry. Only 5 of those relevant permits relate to surface water which is what Halliburton identify as the only reliable source. All those permits have their own claimed 'contracts' with others, which in total take up the entire amount of the water available. Most depots have just 2 pumps. It is not viable to queue nose to tail for days just to get enough water for one well as the only contracted company for a depot, never mind in competition with others. | ![]() superg1
07/1/2015 19:58 | Some short posts having checked the posts in recent days. Shroder Are you going to respond to Test who pointed out your short chart refers to an Australian listed company with the ticker IOF The post If you use the iof epic then it displays the data for an Australian ETF with the same ticker. That is why the link sg is using contains the sedol identifier (which is globally unique) instead. There has been no recent change in stock on loan. To add, on the London stock exchange Iofina's SEDOL number is B2QL5C7. What you posted (innocently or otherwise) was entirely false, as you will see that SEDOL number is in the chart link we use and IS the right chart. Thanks Test. | ![]() superg1

07/1/2015 15:31 | For info the shelf life of raw iodine is essentially infinite (if it's stored in an air tight container). It will naturally sublimate and condense over time so you'll end up with some Iodine stuck to the sides of the drum. Worst case scenario you'd have to reprill once every half a decade or so. That having been said there are probably a separate set of rules around pharmaceutical grade iodine which would require you to purify it again if it's been sitting around too long. | testuser123
07/1/2015 15:05 | Oh. He has done a tad better than I thought, Just read about him on wiki. Time for a game of darts and a beer. lol. Sky how about the set as a venue? :-) | ![]() superg1
07/1/2015 14:34 | A nice fella that used to do his little book on the horses in a village pub, many moons ago he decided in the internet start days that online could be good. It was and he sold it for £80 mill I believe, however over a beer at xmas my neighbour estimates he has now amassed £500m in various forms. He still plays darts in the local, and sponsors a player that is on the climb, flying pub friends out to watch him on his private jet. Other than the private jet, he hasn't changed at all. lol. With some folks it doesn't go to their head, he is the same nice quiet guy now as when he stood with his little book in the pub some years back. The £500m comment could be a bit high but the guy choked on my derisory £80 mill comment, pah. If you can come up with a printer that prints sheets of graphene, you'll do fine too fest. | ![]() superg1
07/1/2015 14:19 | Dart guy? Gaming company? My two biggest interests.... whats this about SuperG? | ![]() festario
07/1/2015 13:49 | Hmmm Remember that dart guy I mentioned who had an idea re online betting. Apparently (so my neighbour claims who works for him) £80 mill has now been turned into £500m and he is looking for investments. Time to pop down his local I think for a game of darts, I know him well. He should stop buying Swansea and look at better options imo. | ![]() superg1 |
