How old are you Spacedust? It may get to 60p but saying it is guaranteed are just juvenile.Grow up - nothing you say on here will have any impact.

The ceo if mighty glencore bought huge amounts of glen shsres at 120p only to see it get to 55p. But Ivan glasken was in it for the long haul.

The list you posted doesnt make the share price immune. Youre very naive. The people on the list will hold for yrs.

60p guaranteed

Albert assumes that all flight demand is for the purposes of beach holidays in Benidorm. Completely clueless.

Less flights in winter....I bet the institutional investors never thought of that one.

Spacedust and albert are the same user. Totally clueless novice investors.

Time to buy when they start deramping.

I know. How? Just going by what ive seeb on lots of other placings and rights issues

Ive given plenty of examples such as glencore and lloyds and marks n spencers.

There are many more. Every single one of them dropped minimum 50% why would IAg be any different.

Almost impossible for the share price not to go to 60p. 60p this winter get out on the next fake leg up.

Big boys will be choking the life out of this shorting it to 60p

Nobody here knows. There's plenty of experts, but just not about shares. Try fool or LSE for helpful info like the stuff you are on about.

All you need to know is almost evey share that does rights or placing the share price eventually drops by at least 50%. My target is 60p and then hold until 600p.

Line up in an orderly fashion who ever wants to call me a deramper......

Apparently we can sell our rights to the new shares. Does anyone know how that works and what price we would get? By selling them would it make my position neutral at the new share price? Or am I forced to purchase the additional shares to neutralise my position.

Any thoughts / guidance appreciated

Imo IAG are playing the long game. They've been most pessimistic about recovery etc not for another few years and they're dotting the I's now rather than leaving it too late

Air Europa has requested €400 million from the Spanish Solvency Fund for Strategic Companies.

The troubled airline is in the process of being purchased by IAG, this may become an obstacle to the granting of aid from the €10 billion fund set up by the Spanish Government to help key companies avoid bankruptcy. Officials have raised concerns that tax-payer money would be used to lower the airline’s price tag, which is in the process of renegotiations.

Pre-pandemic, IAG was going to pay €1 billion for Air Europa. However, this was back in November 2019, when no one knew what was waiting around the corner. Now, Air Europa’s upcoming owner is close to an agreement that would see it pay about half of that amount.

According to Luis the Air Europa deal is to be funded entirely separately by Iberia and not IAG ?

I imagine some of this will go towards the Air Europa purchase too. Give it a couple of years and IAG will be absolutely smashing it again
