Citigroup reiterate and maintain a 5.45p target price.Liberum issue a new target price of 6.00 pounds.Let's hope this drops further to get in at an advantageous position. All retailers have suddenly started to report the amount of mobile and tablet traffic data to their sites in their results. This is one area that halfords has always been strong in and the who site and interface use of their sites is easy navigable and has always been a good revenue generator for them. All this should be extra toppings on the forthcoming results.

At year half HFD were as a group +7.7% revenue growth on 2013.In 2013 I noticed they increased the cycling mix to 32.9% increased! and grew market share after the Olympic Games. This half year they have retained momentumn and have increased the cyclic revenue mix to 34.9% and if they have sold more bikes than ever this XMAS this figure will probably have increased again. Will do them well if they can announce a new CEO for the auto centres as well if the news is to be good I would like the whole package in one go.

If results are as expected it should chart to 5pounds if it breaks that resistance it will chart to 5.27-532.The 6 pound broker target remains attainable on the coming results IMO.

Well, after weeks of deliberation I've bought in here today. BBs for Halfords seem quiet, sometimes a good sign. Looking forward to update on the 16th.

Well I'm waiting for snow, ice, fire, wind and more snow! It's still not come. I wonder if halfords bulbs, batteries and wiper blade business has been affected this QTR by this mild weather?I do hope not but alas the weather has not been as good as it should have been to drive this most important KPI in their sector! As far as I can assatain, much and many volumes of winter derived product must still be on valuable shelf space and not paying its premium return expected?Has XMAS been good to halfords? It has not to Debenhams after all, the too and fro of a new manic formula of Debenams has now failed. Can or have halfords attained a huge growth this Xmas where so many retailers have not? They have spent nearly 6millions pounds out of the bottom line on cheap unimaginative advertising rather than advertising through the internet, they can not keep selling cheap sat navigation devices and the same old socket sets on TV either.Well let us all hope the new Harry Potter aka Matt Davis has more then just a rather huge advertising budget spend under ones belt? However let me not just end on a derogatory note but a dream!A certain Broker has just put a 6 pounds 'British Sterling' target price on HFD. I'm not one to name and shame of course but when you see who it is, I'm sure you will fine tune your VHS tracking system with most immediate effect!?

It's all about being honest and giving good old honest service if you ask me!?Without this integral piece of the growth jigsaw we are all but lost, have you heard about halfords being fined 19 thousand pounds for ripping off a sting vehicle set up by Warwickshire County Council Trading Standards Officers?Halfords have and have paid the fine too!
