Have a look back to early July, a big gap then too, it never revisited it tho.

There's great support here at this level imo - keeps testing it and bouncing. I've been buying more and more between 440p and 445p - worst at least £1 more imo.

CR - what are your thoughts on the gap just above the 420p mark?

Strong bounces every time these hit that 445-447p level - these are being sought at this price imo.

Indeed CR, surprisingly quiet BB here, but often better without the "noise"...I really do think we'll bust through £5.00 here quite soon

What a fantastic opportunity to renter?Davos has secured any further sell of in global markets tomorrow, about time they earnt their daily bread. If HFD can go any lower it will be a dream, not a bad rentry price tomorrow.

10% off the recent highs - what a snip - there was a bunfight to buy on the recent trading update at above this price.

Yes CR. In for a summer of cycling positives. Froome highly tipped to win Tour de France for a second year. Tour de France fever beginning to hit parts of England as it spends first few days in UK and as you say Commonwealth Games.
I will be hanging on to my shares and hoping for a few extra on any weakness.

I think HFD are set to do excellently scobak. The price of used cars are now rising - that's a big positive for car dealers and the likes of HFD imo.

Greater turnover of used cars, MOT's, servicing and refurbs. Commonwealth Games this year too - cycling will be high profile in the summer.

All imo/dyor etc

Re the subject of discounting, I would suggest that HFD are not going to make a loss even on staff discounting. The staff discount is 25%. If you deduct that from their already discounted prices I would suggest there is a very good gross profit to be had.
Would anyone agree or have I missed something?

BLNX - not my thing - buy boring businesses - or businesses that seem boring - the expectations are never high and can easily be beaten imo.

Don't be fooled by discounting - Many retailers use virtual discounting that looks like a bargain but isn't - it's the way to get sales today - look at THT or SFE.

Exane Paribas forecasting 28p eps this year, 31.7p next year. I think that will be more like 30p eps this year and 35p+ next year. The divi will get hiked imo.

Looking fwd to April.

All imo/dyor etc.

just had a hit at strong resistance but the pull back was minor - says there's keen buyers to get in before a breakout imo.

Bought more on the dip - looking to load up heavy on the breakout as I think these could motor then imo. Reckon these could be nearer £6 come the trading update April 5th approx., imo.

New CEO here is really showing his past form is carrying on imo.

All imo/dyor etc
