Georgina Energy Takeover Rumours (GEX)

Kiplig, the reverse takeover and placing has raised gross proceeds of £5m through the issue of 40,000,000 new ordinary shares at a placing price of 12.5p. It is currently trading below the placing price, dropping from 18/19 p, stabilising at 16p before a so-called self style failed financial pundit wrote a negative piece on the company, implying that the whole thing is a fraud (ie no drilling permit and no resource in the ground). DYOR. I put my money where my mouth is. I trust my judgement. I will make a lot of money in my investment in GEX.

I will launch a takeover bid if the share price falls to 6p.
