Hence the player forums for each of its games and a combination of free and paid-for releases such as the one mentioned below for JWE...

I hope so p1nkfish. I'm fully invested here and under water but I'm not bothered in the slightest as it's my SIPP which I won't need to touch for a long time. It's a great company with a great set of franchises in an industry that is only going to get bigger. I also don't think we can rule out consolidation especially with Tencent's position and the nature of the industry. £10 does seem solid support. I guess my messages were more in desperate hope that it does indeed hold. It feels like a natural place to accumulate. Good luck mate!

Gaming and (animated) film making probably highly meldable now.
Nvidia just released a new GPU "RTX" for rendering using ray tracing (real time).
Who knows there could be film making sub-contracting business for FDEV.

Sounds promising, if that means he was given a preview of yet to be announced titles. 👌

Odd that 15,000 shares bought just before 4pm at 1005p, then the share price drops again. Forward sold the shares and looking for some cheaper to cover their books? Who knows.

FDEV need to address this crash in their bl00dy year end accounts.
The silence is deafening, by ignoring it they are making things worse imho.
I personally loathe everything about the company.

Tencent has subscribed for 3,386,252 newly issued ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("the New Shares") in the Company at a price of 523.2 pence per share.

Thanks for the link Williemanjaro. It has been mentioned as an aside in an RNS, I think, but this interview confirms that they are going to be third-party publishing and potentially also help developing indie games - a new revenue stream for them. :-)

I would agree Bamboo. Using Steam review numbers JWE sales seem to have dropped off for now but extrapolating numbers (and using console sales numbers = PC sales numbers) I estimate that 1.1m copies of JWE have been sold now. The digital release of the film will give it a boost as will updates to the game (one is planned soon, more no doubt will follow). Then I'm expecting JWE to be discounted on the run up to Christmas too which will give a big sales boost - reading forums, many people seem to be waiting for that to happen to buy.

Next month, the digital release of the film could stimulate further sales of the game. Add in Xmas and New Year sales for 2m+ units by Feb 2019.
