11/10/2018 13:35 | And I'm the annoying drunk one who got there early and has already necked all his cans of cider :) | hamhamham1
11/10/2018 13:33 | Whichever way you look at todays price action it is a bullish engulfing and many will come to the party. The best people often come last. | eriktherock
11/10/2018 13:16 | I hear you :) But I do believe its all going to end ugly at some point. That's me done! | hamhamham1
11/10/2018 13:11 | Nice rise but let's keep our feet on the ground as we haven't yet recovered the losses over this past week. | eriktherock
11/10/2018 13:10 | I think we are in a different world today. This mega bull market is very long in the tooth and as I said before debt is everywhere now, it only takes one thing to cause a chain reaction in my view. I guess we will just have to wait and see. | hamhamham1
11/10/2018 13:03 | sure but looking at the gold decline in 2013 this year's decline looks very similar before it dropped $200 | russiaguru
11/10/2018 13:02 | Huss. Look at the chart from fres.l on 24th June 2016. No doubt there are several contributing factors but the last doubling of the share price I think was Brexit related. This demonstrates to me just how much this share functions as a safety play. | hamhamham1
11/10/2018 12:58 | is this the last rise before a large drop in gold | russiaguru
11/10/2018 12:53 | I would advise you all to read the RNSs between Dec 2015 and Feb 2016, and you will better understand why the stock went on a tear. I picked up a sizeable amount at 8.45 this morning without much issue. | hussyo
11/10/2018 12:37 | This share trebled around the Brexit vote in 2016 (up to 2000p ish), the difference now is all the other issues in the world - eg markets up by additional 50%, Trump, trade wars, Italy, various elections, EM dollar debt, extra gov/corp/personal debt all around the world, etc. I'm just saying! | hamhamham1
11/10/2018 12:25 | I think a lot of people may like to strike a deal live and know what they can get. If you put a bid on something which is moving up by 1% an hour it's hard to judge your bid price, you either get passed by quickley if low or you are cautious about bidding too high from current price. Maybe? Anyway, this was nearly double this price a year ago so plenty to go hopefully. | hamhamham1
11/10/2018 12:20 | Then they should put the bid price up; isn't that how it should work? | imastu pidgitaswell
11/10/2018 12:16 | Same with Halifax - not a lot of stock about; well not at these current prices at these kinds of market conditions. | stampylong trader
11/10/2018 12:14 | I just tried to buy 1000 on my Lloyds trading account and none available currently. Not sure if it's just Lloyds or too much demand everywhere. I guess spreads and CFDs would be alright, as am not sure if they require real genuine liquidity? | hamhamham1
11/10/2018 12:05 | I've been buying little PM stocks like VAST and KEFI and small oilers like AMER, NTOG and MATD. I also bought GCL which holds a portfolio of uranium stocks. | davidspringbank
11/10/2018 12:02 | Dow, dax, can, ftse, nikie, all crashing multiple percent... The trigger is interest rates and bonds. Is this the big correction? | excellance
11/10/2018 11:57 | Good rise today and may it continue.... | mmlakhani1
11/10/2018 11:55 | Just picked up a few. | hazl
11/10/2018 11:00 | Some amazing bargains there though | linton5
11/10/2018 10:50 | FRES and HOC are the only stocks up in my portfolio today. It looks like the markets are finally rolling over and are heading South. | davidspringbank
11/10/2018 10:04 | You're right, definitely found the scent now! | kyoquot
11/10/2018 09:58 | hamhamham1 - 09 Oct 2018 - 09:59:47 - 5180 of 5204 FRESNILLO precious metals - FRES Gym. Good price IMO. Time will tell. But I refuse to believe that these shares will not spike at some point. It's just knowing when, and at what point you think is a good entry price, I guess. As Bogart said in Casablanca ... "Maybe not today. Maybe not tomorrow, but soon.." | hamhamham1
11/10/2018 09:56 | It seems the traders have finished their breakfast of avocado on toast, now they working out their positions :) | hamhamham1
11/10/2018 09:32 | I think it's going to be very interesting what happens with all these silver paper ETFs, which are now flying around the market, when the whole thing heads south. I believe the reason that JPM have built up a large stock of physical silver is because when it does go south (and it will) and everyone rushes for the door on their shorts for silver and tries to buy silver ETFs - then there will be a bun fight and the price of silver will fly. I think JPM see their ability to sell their physical silver as a offsetting trade against any remaining short silver ETFs which they hold and need to get rid of - it doesn't matter how much they need to buy the ETFs for if they can sell their physical silver at a corresponding price. All other silver short ETF holders are gonna fry in my view. Maybe I'm just stupid, but let's see! | hamhamham1
11/10/2018 09:30 | Kyo... not today;) | hussyo |
