29/9/2022 09:54 | i shorted these a few days ago after all the news about interest rates etc. high end property will likely sharply fall first before otehr property does | investing2retire
28/9/2022 10:09 | Sitting duck for takeout this one ... with GBP so low it's a no brainer for an Arab consortium to pounce on it | topazfrenzy
28/9/2022 07:43 | Mortgage rates 4pc fix That’s got to hurt a few folk who been living on 1pc | onjohn

21/9/2022 12:39 | Stamp duty cut should help on the sales side . Given the buoyant rental side being long Foxtons at these low prices could be a good contrarian idea | onedb1
02/9/2022 18:09 | Watch the news rents are soaring | mwainw1973
02/9/2022 12:51 | Rents aren't collapsing lol show me where , on the contrary London sees dozens bid for any available property . Just try and find a rental . Do it you will see for yourself Also Your Euro lost parity to the USD so not sure how sterling alone is to be judged harshly . Price does what it wants but your assessment is very biased . I could easily argue that Euro area is a fiasco and the project is collapsing . Why join a sinking ship ? Italy's new leadership won't be very pro Euro at all just to name 1 example Be more balanced in my view if I must say . Hungary now has side deals with Russia too . Germany has higher energy costs etc . Need to add balance . No predicted a war or Covid | onedb1
31/8/2022 20:33 | How is this dogshxt still above .20p. The UK is utterly fxcked, collapsing sterling, new property sales collapsed by over 30 pc in two months, terminal, this will be back to .18p and the U.K. property market will be fxcked for years, 2008 all over again. I wouldn’t be putting out the bunting over rentals just yet, that market will soon correct on affordability. Brexit fiasco, dipsxxt tory gov and a wrecked economy all now catching up with U.K. Short this rubbish. | porsche1945
31/8/2022 16:48 | I've owned my own letting agency since 1992 and August is the best fee income month we have ever had. Up 18% on last year. It's not due to new business, but a lot of Hong Kong Chinese tenants paying a year up front so we get the fees for a year immediately, and rent increases. We can't increase our fees to Landlords, but right now we don't need to. | gill17
31/8/2022 13:45 | Good to see the company still purchasing back shares at these low prices | topazfrenzy
26/8/2022 08:47 | Even if sales prices go down, the commission will still be higher seeing how much prices have gone up since say 5 years ago .. it's the volume that is important, more properties are coming onto the market for sale, hopefully people will buy them at lower prices so Foxtons can get their commission ... but of course it is the rental story with Foxtons that is the bread and butter for now, although I think that the new CEO is going to kickstart the sales side of things big time, and Foxtons needs this approach for sure after years of slumber under that useless former CEO | topazfrenzy
25/8/2022 12:32 | Can anyone be so thick and not even bother to read the financial statements of Foxtons? Property prices have nothing to do with Foxtons success or failure. Stop being thick and do some reading | buffettjnr
25/8/2022 12:11 | PCL PRICES PLUNGING SAYS AN AGENT MATE JUST AGREED A MEWS HOUSE AT 20PC OFF | nobilis
25/8/2022 11:37 | Foxt sits on £100-150m of tenants' cash that is due to start yielding 4% soon if you believe the markets. That could boost 2023/2024 earnings by as much as 50%. | velocytongo
24/8/2022 22:43 | Read this one . Foxtons said supply and demand remain hugely out of kilter with 28 renters competing for every new property, forcing up prices. Insane. You read a lot of critical views about London yet the amount of people competing to come here is surreal. Glad I own my place. Years of sacrifices though. | onedb1
24/8/2022 20:22 | Company continues with its share buy backs . Should be noted that I very much doubt rents in London will fall much if anything all. From what I hear it's hard as always to find a decent place . I live in a good London location and see rents only ever go one way , they may stall but Foxtons is now in a good solid cash generating business , diversified from just Sales . | onedb1
24/8/2022 13:35 | Do you ever stop!!! Give it a rest, you and Brexit Derangement Syndrome! The EU is the one that is about to collapse lol | topazfrenzy
23/8/2022 17:09 | They wont, with what is coming down the tracks for brexit covid inflation wrecked U.K. economy with interest rates set to go parabolic shxt like this will be back in the hands of bondholders. Expect .18p by Dec. | porsche1945
19/8/2022 11:38 | I wonder when the takeout offer will land? | topazfrenzy
15/8/2022 17:23 | Nice rally. Weird stock Foxtons . Can rally at random just when you least expect it . | onedb1

11/8/2022 10:43 | They signed mid July to place their property adverts on Onthemarket. | buffettjnr
11/8/2022 10:22 | New note out from Edison. M&A update and interims comment. Basically nothing really new but they highlight the strong contribution from Douglas & Gordon. They retain their 128p valuation...As a side note I notice Foxtons recently started to advertise on OnTheMarket.com as well. Part of the push to try and increase sales? | clanger66 |
