Foxt sits on £100-150m of tenants' cash that is due to start yielding 4% soon if you believe the markets. That could boost 2023/2024 earnings by as much as 50%.

Foxtons said supply and demand remain hugely out of kilter with 28 renters competing for every new property, forcing up prices.

Insane. You read a lot of critical views about London yet the amount of people competing to come here is surreal. Glad I own my place. Years of sacrifices though.

Company continues with its share buy backs . Should be noted that I very much doubt rents in London will fall much if anything all. From what I hear it's hard as always to find a decent place . I live in a good London location and see rents only ever go one way , they may stall but Foxtons is now in a good solid cash generating business , diversified from just Sales .

They wont, with what is coming down the tracks for brexit covid inflation wrecked U.K. economy with interest rates set to go parabolic shxt like this will be back in the hands of bondholders. Expect .18p by Dec.

New note out from Edison. M&A update and interims comment. Basically nothing really new but they highlight the strong contribution from Douglas & Gordon. They retain their 128p valuation...As a side note I notice Foxtons recently started to advertise on OnTheMarket.com as well. Part of the push to try and increase sales?

It's become a defensive stock with the ever growing lettings portfolio, happy with progress ..

The new CEO in September will get kicking with the sales division, happy to see that they are going to concentrate on being proper sales people, what Foxtons used to be known for

70p is way too cheap for this one

It should be at £300m market cap minimum, so that's around £1 ... and even then it's a total bargain

The Arabs are going to bid for it before long, I'm certain of it, I think it'll go for around £1.20
