Oh and I forgot, increased regulation for letting agents to weed out rogue landlords. Another tick in the box for Foxtons as they will see more landlords moving away from dubious letting agents, go to North London its full of cowboys letting unfit properties!!!

Nice article and with the Autumn Statement next week (Budget !) which will favour first-time buyers and those struggling with mortgage payments in this high interest environment expect the property sector to see even more fireworks. The government wants to rid private landlords so expect bad news for them. Time to add a few more shares to my portfolio. Nice !!!

MM's up early this morning, 7 sell trades in the first minute to get the price down again, well it is Friday after all and we all know they love a tree-shake on Fridays !! Chance to pick up some cheapies today !

Some strange trading going on today. First thing just before the market opened, around 14.5m shares were traded in total and all day today the sells kept coming through to keep a lid on the price at 37p. Around 1.2m sells vs 300,000 buys. Nothing to see here then after those manipulated 3rd Quarter figures of last week !

4 quid in 2013 to 37p today, not even the 10pc club….. just shocking, seems almost anything listed in the brexit basket case U.K. has been cut in half then cut in half again…or in the case of these, basically vaporised….nightmare year coming up with U.K. likely needing an IMF bailout…will see these down to .18p.

Indeed, walk into a bank now earning £50,000 a year thinking you're the bees knees and the bank will gladly swat you with a mortgage offer of 3-4x your salary at 5-6% on the basis that you have a say £30,000 deposit to start off with of course !!! Studio flat sir ?? No panic sellers again today, maybe the market will try again tomorrow before the weekend. Directors played down the numbers again today so as not to raise any eyebrows, bit late for that I'd say. Foxtons will be snapped up in the next few weeks and defo before Christmas !!!

Foxtons more than likely to make some more lettings acquisitions looks like the sales market will be flat for years if Lloyds are right. Draker Lettings would be a good bolt on for Foxtons circa 700 lettings on their books according to their website.
