Gill17, I would t either but in this case the float is always so small that anyone buying in size will have trouble in filling an order. So the share should squeeze up . If PIs start buying too and hold this gets interesting

Rentals strong and interestingly a significant number of sales under offer across the capital.

At 18% profit in 2 weeks I'm finding it hard not to sell this now! I do think it won't be long before we see 40p given the huge increases in the housebuilders this week. I don't trust large rises on thin volumes, but I'm just an amateur so I go with my gut feeling...I will hold for now!

Doing well today . The yield on the 5yrs dropping below 3.5% . Below base rate . At the moment this should be reducing the pressure from higher mortgage rates vs last year . At least not spiralling out of control

I agree . My average is a little higher and can confirm that any flat in London is still very in demand when it goes on the market for rent . Media seems to just not realise that supply is limited especially good rentals . Foxtons does not usually have the low end too . In my teams the young professionals all struggle to find a place that is good and relatively central . At any rate I hope to see this go above the 200 day moving average . Always a solid test for a share . Above 36p in this case would be a good sign .

I've been trading this since last June, having bought in again on 29th December at 29p this is now a firm hold- not least because of the unprecedented rent rises which increase commission income without increasing variable costs. Plus, interest on client account deposits are rising which is an added bonus.

Think a persistent seller has been holding this back and has now finished selling.

You’re right I if the tigers - The comments on the article were extremely concerning. I must say the ceo commenting that he got ‘emotionalR17; over 20 of his staff trying to take pictures of the new mini also had me mildly concerned about his own EQ.

The reason to hold this and top up at these levels is because it could double overnight with any whiff of an offer
